Super fun! I set up an appointment as well as had my photos taken by their employee Rosie. She was very easy to talk to and made setting up the appointment incredibly easy. She was also extremely patient and helpful when it came time to choosing our photos. During my couple's photo session, Rosy had my partner and I do a variety of poses to make us look our best, and we did! You really do get what you pay for here, good quality, professional photos and staff.

Wonderful experience once again at Magenta Photo Fairview Pointe-Claire. We've been coming here every two years for the past 8 years to update our familiy photos. Reservations are easy and photo sessions are great. I appreciate all of the background choices that are provided and the different set-up\pose options. They've always been fantastic with kids, which is important, because with four young children (2, 4, 6 and 8) it's not always easy to get good shots and have everyone cooperate. The patience and professionalism of the staff is always much appreciated.

She took the time to explain everything to us, was so pleasant to work with and got us warmed up pretty well into the photo session. Kurinchy also took top notch shots and I cannot explain how patient she is. Really, I highly recommend Magenta studio. Yes, photos are expensive, but the work that goes into this deserves it. This place was recommended by a friend and it was one of the best things that happened when it comes to capturing the moments with my kids. So far, I have been there twice over the last few years and had very good experiences. The photographers were so experienced, they were able to get the best shots in the given time. Especially when kids are cranky in a new place and are never ready to pose, the professionals made it easy to relax the kids and very soon the kids started to enjoy the session. That was the main reason to get the best pictures of the kids. I would definitely go back!

Over booked, crowed, unsafe studios so my daughter fell and needed stitches. Fairview is under construction. Location would not provide a path of escalation nor a superiors name to speak to. “Supervisors do not talk to customers” we were told. We simply asked to get the photo we previously selected over the phone. So we did not have to return to the unsafe location. Because we did not complete the photo selection process they refused to comply. The first person we spoke to provided a viable workaround to verify the simple single photo we asked to have by sending us a screenshot to confirm it was the correct photo, we agreed to this option. We were then called back by someone else whom retracted this workaround and gave us two options: 1. Return and follow our process, 2. Open a customer service ticket. 3. We will not be allowing you to speak to a supervisor. They are holding our family photos hostage.
