After about not receiving my item that was delivered to my house by UPS because I was not home it was not taken and dropped off to the UPS store. However their depot computer was snowing it was. The lady looked for it but couldn't find it. After doing a investigation she finally found out it was still on one of the delivery trucks and not dropped off like their computer showed it was. Thanks very much for help finding the item Sujata at the UPS store on Babineau street Charlottetown.

The staff is great, the services are excellent, and I comment on a very nice point. Customers come who do not know English and the employees are doing their best to complete their work. Really, they are wonderful.

I have had two encounters with the gentleman working at this UPS store and he lacks any sense of customer service skills and was extremely unhelpful in my attempts to locate a package. He is a very poor representation of the company.

The people here are nice enough, but they offer a lot of services for the amount of staff available. It can be a long wait to simply pick up a missed delivery. It would be great if they called a second person from the back when there was a line up and they are helping someone on a print service or scanning etc. Having it all as one service just makes it more tempting to choose another shipping service when given the option.

Had a really bad experience with this UPS location. Shipped internationally and had my package refused at the border for poor paper work. When I went to the business to complain that the paperwork wasn't filled out by them correctly they wouldn't admit fault. Very disappointed in their customer service. I want to support a locally owned branch, but I don't plan on going back. Just ship with Canada Post.

The guy told me to come back in 40 minutes as my business cards were done and the other guy working started flipping at me and I was so confused honestly would not reccomend there's no help and there very short tempered deff will not be coming back

Excellent service! We required business printing done quickly and really struggled to find a printer in Charlottetown that would commit to a two-day turn around time. Tanmoiy and his team exceeded expectations, having our products ready a day early and the service he provided was exceptional.

This will be the third time that I have a package to be delivered by DHL and everytime it is we cannot find the address, seems to me someone is not doing their job well as everyone else finds me no problem. I will not recommend this business.

This is not a standard ups like the shipping company they are 3rd party can not access ups systems so can not check anything or place things on accounts so it you are a business just call and have pickup done

Not only was my package I ordered through UPS 4 days late, but they also tried to get me to pay my C.O.D. dues twice even after providing proof of payment. To top it all off for some unknown reason they decided to not tape the box on one side. So I came home to packing peanuts everywhere and all my really light ABS 3D printed parts scattered around the yard. Out of the 24 parts 2 are gone. So go with Canada Post.

Excellent Customer Service. I shipped a watch from here and it was insured. However, it was lost in transit and they helped me to file a claim. Although I lost the watch, I am happy that I got subsidy for that.

Earlier on in the week I had to send something from PEI to Alberta, & had to get it there as soon as humanely possible, & after having inquired with several different postal/courier services, the UPS Store at 7 Babineau Ave, Charlottetown not only offered the fastest shipment/delivery, but they also offered the lowest price! I must also point out that the employee who helped me was EXTREMELY helpful. I could be wrong, but if I remember correctly, his name was Tanmoiy. I had explained my situation & emphasized that I needed to send a parcel to Alberta the fastest method possible, and he was VERY informative, having explained several different options, and was very accommodating to my situation, and not only did my friend receive his parcel on the day Tanmoiy had told me, but he'd recieved it a few hours earlier than expected! He really saved a lot of hassle for my friend while out there for work, and I honestly can't thank Tanmoiy enough for everything. Even IF the parcel happened to be a day or two later than expected, I would have still written this review, as the UPS staff here had done everything within their power to help. People seem to overlook the fact that it's not necessarily the fault of the UPS when shipments end up taking a little longer than people initially hope - traffic could be delayed for the person delivering mail, planes may encounter slight delays, or in extreme circumstances, there could be a global pandemic impeding operations! To be honest, I was expecting it to be a day later than anticipated, but thanks to UPS, everything worked out as smoothly as it possibly could have, and I recommend everyone to go through UPS instead of Canada Post & other shipping businesses! Canada post offered the same things as UPS, except it would've been $30 more expensive, AND the lady told me the earliest it they could get it there would be Tuesday, compared to early Friday morning for much cheaper. Thanks again for the impeccable level of service UPS, thanks to you guys, I'll never resort to using Canada Post ever again!

UPS Store is a family owned and operated business that provides the best pricing on the island, a huge variety of services including poster printing, business card printing, banners, flyers, window stickers and more - BUT even if its something they don't usually do, you can put in a request and they'll try to make it happen. Better yet they have an on-site graphic designer, unbeatable turn around time and exceptional finished product/project quality. Highly recommend the UPS Store in Charlottetown for your shipping and print material needs!

I live in an apartment building and regularly have problems with shipping companies (Canada post, Fed X, Puralator, etc.) not following the drop off instructions and taking my my packages back to the warehouse where I have to go retrieve them. I have never had an issue with DHL. They follow my drop off instructions, call me when there are any issues, and they text me an image proving that my package has been left at my front door. Highly recommend going with this company.

When a delivery company cannot find your house and cites the “wrong address” as an excuse, without making an effort to contact you, it just portrays inefficiency & laziness. I stayed home all day awaiting a delivery that required a signature, only to be told at the end of the day that I’d have to wait until the Monday to get more “info”. Terrible business ethic! It gets one star because I can’t give it zero stars!!!

I had to ship 2 packages to Kenya, and the people at the ups store helped me by giving me a good price and making sure that my package had all the right documentation wouldn't be held at customs, and it got there in time for Christmas! Use this place if you want your package to reach!!!

I used the print service for pictures of my kids, they were extremely well done. I was very happy with the 5×7 photos and even had some 12×16 photos printed and laminated, I just love them and am now chosing what pics to have done next, even getting photographer to take special family pictures to have to cherish as well. Very well done as well as quick and efficient, also quite friendly workers and atmosphere.

The store manager is not at all customer centered . He wasted an hour of our time telling us all the reasons he could not meet our very basic shipping needs . He is a very poor representative of UPS , PEI , and Canada . I would stay away from this store unless you simply want to send a small package 50 miles inside Canada . Even after several attempts to set him straight , he continued to defer any responsibility for our shipment and never gave us any confidence that he would act in good faith to fulfill our order . He should be investigated by UPS as someone not fit for service .

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a package to ship from Florida to PEI Canada. This is ridiculous. And when I get in contact with them, they tell me to wait a couple days and get back to them if it still hasn't moved The package has been at the Cincinnati depot for 14 days with no movement whatsoever. Would not recommend this shipping service.

Helped me so much! They were able to ship my laptop from my university in the US back to PEI by coordinating with the local UPS Store in PA, and then they got it through customs and made sure that I didn't have to pay any customs or duties on it. Just had to pay the UPS fees for clearing customs, but that was alright! Look forward to working with them again for my shipping needs.
