A very quick and convenient way to print beautiful quality pictures locally. I was able to email my photos from my phone and pick up prints the same day. The picture quality was infinitely better than the kiosks at the big box stores and an incredibly friendly staff person was knowledge and helped me get the scale right on cropped photos. I'll be back for all my printing.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with this lab. Got 2 rolls of colour developed here and printed. They didn’t bleach the negatives while the film was processing and ruined my photos in the process. When I said that I paid for them to be scanned too, they just scanned the prints as I waited- not the negatives. I went back a few months later and told him about it. He said that he warns people that they’re colour machine is 30 years old and doesn’t work well (but hey, they didn’t warn me). Or that it was maybe my film that was at fault. I will never ever ever bring my film here ever again. Ridiculous to miss something so significant to the process, not notice and then still have the customer pay 50$ and not apologize when they bring it up later.

Brought film here to be developed, gave me someone else’s prints, and had no idea where my film has gone. Tried to support local as opposed to sending film away, but was severely disappointed.

Usually the things like universal charger and so on which hard to find in chain stores you can find here, owner is very helpful and their job on repairing of old picture is amazing and quality of print of photos is good

I bought a small tripod for a Christmas gift. As we put the camera attachment on the tripod, the plastic washer under the screw broke in multiple pieces, rendering it completely useless. When I took it in to return it, I was informed that I could not return it as it was broken, and that he had no idea how we broke it and no way of knowing if what I said had happened was the truth. But he offered to let me BUY another one at a reduced price. This is a disappointing result of trying to “support local”. Had this been an Amazon purchase I would have been refunded with no questions asked.
