To sum it up: Very satisfied, felt safe (during this time of pandemic) and the experience was awesome, very professional. My wife and I went here for newborn photography. It's for our first born so were meticulous in searching for a shop that can deliver well specially in this time of the Pandemic. What we loved most was that the photoshoot was done in a room adjacent from the main shop (no one comes in and out) we are the only one in there including the photographer. The room was clean, organized and cozy (and they have a clean rest room which is a plus). Photographer (Ms. Eghlima) was awesome. She was courteous and professional, not intimidating and observing pandemic protocols (she's wearing a mask and disinfecting her hands). You can immediately tell that she know what she's doing (work flow), it was flawless, did not see my baby struggle nor like in distress although out the session. Did not hurry and took her time to make every photo be perfect. Totally a great experience and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Good job you guys!

My wife and I were satisfied with the service provided by this studio. Most especially to Eligham (Photographer), she was patient with our newborn. She was very patient with our baby especially when he started crying before the shoot, it only shows she knows what she was doing. One thing I would suggest is that they should put specific photoshoot packages with specific prices on their website so people can have an idea before visiting tha studio. Nonetheless, my wife’s friend did not disappoint us by recommending this studio. I agree that this place is highly recommended for a newborn photo shoot.

Très mauvaise expérience en famille, leur équipement ne fonctionnait même pas , on a attendu plus de deux heures pour nos prises de photo, et à l’impression plusieurs aller retour car au téléphone l’un me disait c’est prêt , en arrivant l’autre me dit vous devez revenir ! Pourtant on habite très loin , et au final que j’ai trouvé vraiment décevant, ils me disent de mettre un cinq étoiles sur Google pour m’imprimer une photo gratuite ????très déçue!!

READ BEFORE GOING THERE! For printing they are good, but I had a terrible experience with their photo service. I came in for passport pictures on a Saturday, I mentioned to the woman who was taking the picture that I needed 2 passport pictures format 35mm X 45mm. I even ask her to retake the picture since I wanted it to look good because I would keep it for the next 10 years. (She even smiled and took 3 pictures, she even helped me choose the one that looked better). She had printed 6 pictures when I only asked for 2, I told her that I did tell her I needed 2 pictures only since it's for my passport and I don't need more, she said ok yes, no problem. She gave me the 2 pictures stamped and I was charged 20$. When I went to my passport appointment to my surprise the pictures were not accepted because my hair was hiding my ears, so I went to the photographers next door and had to pay to retake the pictures. Explained to this photographer that my pictures were rejected and he said that it's a photographer's job to know those things and all photographers guarantee that pictures never get rejected. Fun fact: On Studio Photo Rose business card they wrote "Votre photo passeport ne sera jamais rejetée!". After my appointment I went back to Studio Photo Rose to explained what had happen. I explained calmly and remained respectful, the photographer jumped out of her chair came to me and started talking loud, saying "I never make mistake, you never said it was for passport", "Take your money and I never want to take your photo again". She even at some point literally put her finger in my face, I had to ask her to remove it from my face. I have NEVER been this disrespected by a business, I have never seen anything like this. I asked for a card because I wanted to write to the store manager, she laughed and said "I am the boss" when she had just told me minutes before that she needed to keep my pictures to show her boss. If you are thinking about going there to take picture DO NOT! Go to Photo Flash Plus on Queen Mary, way better customer service.
