Super fun! I set up an appointment as well as had my photos taken by their employee Rosie. She was very easy to talk to and made setting up the appointment incredibly easy. She was also extremely patient and helpful when it came time to choosing our photos. During my couple's photo session, Rosy had my partner and I do a variety of poses to make us look our best, and we did! You really do get what you pay for here, good quality, professional photos and staff.

Great staff, from the booking to the reception to the shoot. HOWEVER, and this is important, prices are criminal. The "whole package" is 900+$ and the most basic (only 5 photos) is 250$!! Absolutely ridiculous. Yes the photos were good, but really don't justify that cost. Only reason we came was because my brother got me a gift certificate, will definietly not come back. Do yourself a favour, go to a small independent studio or get a friend with a good camera to do it...

Very unprofessional, First of all, don’t trust the coupons and discounts (all of them are fake) We received a coupon by email, which we thought it’s a great deal. Also, we checked everything by phone with the studio which everyone said yes you are good to go with the coupon. But at the end they charged me a lot which we didn’t expect it anymore. They are a professional photographer but they don’t do any photoshops and they don’t know how they should fix the frames. After one month we don’t receive our photos yet. Not really professional staff, did several mistakes on a simple passport photo. Mistake like dimension of photo, printed colour stain on photo. I took 40mins for the passport photo just to get it right. No mention how bad the staff cut the photos. I suggest everyone to avoid this place for photos in any case, if they can’t even make it right on passport photo, I can’t image on the other photos that require more professional skills.

On doit laisser notre bagage sur un banc à la porte et se changer dans une petite salle de bain ou dans le backstore à la sauvette, sans crochets pour suspendre nos vêtements (et sans miroir dans le backstore). Ça enlève tout le plaisir d'une séance photo que nous voulions relaxe et dans la folie. Le flash de la caméra fonctionnait 1 fois sur 5 alors ça brisait complètement le rythme...adieu le côté naturel et le fun recherché. Et ça paraît sur le résultat des photos car plusieurs étaient ordinaires pour du professionnel. Pour finir, on nous explique à la fin que le forfait payé ne comprends pas 5 poses mais plutôt 5 copies de la même photo...que faire de la même photo en 5 copies quand l'objectif est de monter un cadre photo ????. On se sent donc forcé de payer beaucoup plus cher pour upgrader le forfait devant ma fille fort déçu du dénouement. Si vous voulez une séance professionnelle, allez plutôt vers un photographe indépendant...ne payez pas pour une bannière et des locaux inapproprié anyway pour une séance professionnelle...désolant ????.

Don't go there, they are dishonest crooks. After my MBA, I went there to get a professional graduation photoshoot with them. I chose 35 pictures and a frame for around $500. They sent me the digital pictures, immediately I replied to them and told them some pictures I chose were missing. A week later, since they didn't answer my mail, I went to the store and told them I was missing pictures. When we went over the pictures, I identified the one picture I was missing. Obviously they made a mistake and sent me another picture I didn't want instead of the one I wanted. I asked them to please send me the one missing out of the 35 ones, they said I have to pay for the additional one. A mistake was made, I wanna have the picture I already paid for. I asked to talk to the person who completed my order, he wasn't there. I asked to talk to a manager, no one was available to help solve my issues. There is no way I'm paying for this additional picture. It's a matter of principal. I left the frame at the store for them. I'll call my credit card to cancel the payment saying I didn't receive the service for it. If necessary, I'll involve my lawyer..

Jennah was kind, helped us make decisions, quickly learned our names and made the session go smoothly. Our photos turned out great! There were lots of options and backgrounds. Jennah easily put us in different positions and offered us props to add interest and variety. I can't wait to receive our photos in 2 weeks. Iwas a bit confused by the Groupon I bought and surprised by the additional costs for photo packages. The Groupon only included 1 photo. Jennah took so many great photos we just had to add on a package of more images. I wasn't prepared for this additional cost.
