We had to change our review from 5 stars to
1 star. 1 star is for taking decent pictures and working with kids. Lost 4 stars for bad customer service.
If you don’t mind paying all amount for your photoshoot 24hrs prior to your photoshoot. Only to have your photos posted on social media before you even get to see what you paid for (a week later) then go ahead and do business with Kim.
Also if you voice any complains about how she runs her business, she will gladly ignore your complain and tell you it’s in her contract. Take a good look at her contract and make sure you find out when she’ll be using your photos for marketing while you wait for your own pictures (it’s not written that she can post your pictures before she gives you your pictures but she claims it is)
Clearly all she cares about is money and using photos to promote her business.
If you respect your privacy and wants the same respect for your photos then look elsewhere. If you believe in getting what you paid for before strangers get the privilege of seeing them, then Kim is not for you. She posted not just 1 or 2 pictures of our son on social network while we waited for our own pictures, she posted 4 full pictures within couple days of the photoshoot for other people to see and waited 7 days to deliver our own pictures. So we paid her to take pictures of our son so she could use it for marketing? Why not deliver service to the paid customer before using their pictures for anything else? Very unethical and never heard of.
It’s our first and definitely our last time of doing business with her. We will rather pay more for someone that will not only take great pictures but provide quality customer service and put the customer first and not their own interests.

Your response to our review shows how arrogant and ignorant you are to your clients. You're not the one to determine what rating a client should give you, whether you think you deserve it or not, it's the client that will tell people if you deserve 5 stars or not. Also the way you responded to our review shows how you care less about customer service and you're just out for yourself. Any good business will focus on delivering service to the client once they made payments before using their pictures for your own marketing, it's just common sense. You want to claim that everything is in your contract, as if that makes what you're doing okay. It's unethical and not done anywhere. You posted 4 pictures of our son while we wait for our own 10 copies, why didn't you just deliver service that we paid for first before working on your marketing pictures to post on social networks. You work with people, which means you need to take people's concerns about you into consideration, not to ignore what they feel about your services. Now we're giving you 1 star for complete disregard of our complain and really bad business. If you had at least apologize or acknowledge your shortcomings we may have considered that and change our opinions about you. Since you remain the way you are, we've decreased our rating. We're just happy to never work with you again and to also let other people know how you deal with clients and how your business is run.
