Amazing team! Justin and his team are very professional and great to work with. They really go above and beyond what you have signed up for. I like how they were very accommodating for our work schedules to first meet up to even see if we wanted to contract them. Their work speaks for itself of course. They are artistic, visually atuned, creative, talented, patient and fun to work with. The engagement photos were just so fantastic and beautiful. Very romantic and they just know all the right places to go and don't worry if you are camera shy because they will put you at ease and can work with your style and personality easily as well. The wedding photos were great and Justin was wonderful in helping me guide me for the day in terms of photos and what he was going to do with his team- all the communication was always clear and quick. There was no rush to things and always so considerate and passionate about their work. I highly recommend them and their pricing is very reasonable as well. I look forward to doing my anniversary photos with them and hope they are not too booked up!

The first time we met Hao and Justin, we had bubble tea and talked about their work and their experience in photography. It was such a casual and open discussion, at the end of it we had no doubt in our mind that these would be the photographers that we wanted for our wedding day! We had our engagement photo session done with them shortly after, and they were extremely professional, but also tons of fun to work with. They would show us poses that they wanted for specific shots, but also let us be ourselves, and you could truly see in the photos the candid moments being captured on camera. Prior to the wedding day, we discussed certain photo and video directions, and things or moments that we really wanted to capture for our same day edit video and highlights. (They are extremely considerate and understanding, and open to any ideas that you want to create or have) Finally it was the day of the wedding, and the team consisted of Hao, Justin, Jensen, Luke, Yize, and Jerry. All of them were extremely friendly and professional, and really encouraged our true emotions to show and to not hold any feelings back. We had such an incredible time throughout our whole day, even though it was (almost) exhausting to smile and laugh and cry for so many photos. At the end of the night when our same day edit video was played, everyone laughed and cried some more. It was truly an exceptional day and we would not hesitate to recommend this incredible team to anyone looking to hire a photography/videography team.

Justin and his team are so professional and our experience with them was amazing. Our original wedding was supposed to be in July 2020, but Covid forced us to postpone our wedding to January 2021. During this stressful time, Justin was incredibly understanding and was responsive to our questions and concerns. He was also really accommodating when we had to keep changing the date of our engagement shoot too. My husband and I aren't the most natural in front of a camera, but Justin and Jensen made the experience fun and relaxing during our engagement shoot and on the wedding day. We received our wedding photos and video very soon after the wedding day and we loved them! Justin was very efficient in replying my emails and very patient in answering my questions before I decided to book my engagement photoshoot with him. That’s one of the reasons I decided to book with Palette Creative. Another reason was because their engagement photoshoot price was not too expensive. On the day of photoshoot, when we got to one of the photoshoot locations, we found that it was very busy but Justin and Jensen was able to suggest a nearby location that is also good for photoshoot instead. Because we had spent a lot of time looking for parking and driving to a different location, our photoshoot took a bit more than two hours but Justin and Jensen didn’t rush us at all and they were still very patient telling us how to pose.

We sure went through a wild ride all throughout 2020 leading up to our wedding, but Palette Creative helped make our wedding planning throughout the pandemic so much easier and manageable. They were professional, accommodating, and always thought of our best interests. On our big day, they captured all of our precious moments and made them magical. I'm sure we'll continue to look back on these photos and videos in the future with joy. We first approached Palette in late 2019 for our wedding originally intended for February 2020. As we entered into the new year though, things quickly started to go south. Although Vancouver didn't officially enter "lockdown" till March, with many of our family members, relatives, and friends travelling from China unable to make it anymore, we had no choice but to postpone our big day by a couple months hoping that by then things would return to normal. They didn't. And we postponed our wedding again, and again. After three date changes, we settled for October, with a smaller gathering and social distancing measures in place. Nevertheless, Palette delivered exceptional quality - the photos, the same day edited video, and their energy and enthusiasm during the entire day. Everyone was deeply amazed and touched by their work! Throughout all of our changes, Palette has always been accommodating, professional, and caring. It wasn't easy planning a wedding in 2020, but I'm glad we had Palette there by our side to offer their guidance and expertise. Thank you for everything! A & A
