We did a family photoshoot with Olivia and thoroughly enjoyed the photo-shooting experience and the result, i.e. the photos! 1. Responsive: She get backs to you via e-mail/text/website in a matter of hours the same day, if not sooner. 2. Personable: Easy to connect with and communicate to make you feel comfortable during the photoshoot experience. 3. Flexible: We had to move our outdoor photoshoot day due to the rain (which is pretty common in the greater Vancouver area) and she was very accommodating. 4. Patient: We had 2 youngs kids (5 year old and 1 year old) in the photoshoot. She was very patient when the kids acted up and if we needed additional time for the outfit change. More importantly, she knew how to engage them and prop the photoshoot. 5. Time: Tagging along the previous point, we went over our time and she by no means was a clock-watcher. Very accommodating. 6. Post-shoot follow-ups: She had the photos ready right away and was available for changes and enhancements. Overall, she comes in highly recommended. Can't wait to do our next session with her.
