Terrible passport picture place in Burlington. I had my father go there with my son to get his picture taken and the woman there said it was ok to have his jacket on for the picture. My father "asked are you sure? I can take it off." They insisted it was ok. Wel,l when they got home, part of his jacket was covering his chin. Regardless, we took it to the passport office in Mississauga as we were traveling late the next day and we were applying for the next day service. They refused the picture because of the jacket over his chin and so we had to find a place locally and spend more money and our time to get it done right. We basically lost I believe it was 13 bucks because they insisted he not take off his jacket. Really??? Just take it off, no big deal. Didn't bother going back to get my refund for their incompetence as I know they would not refund it but offer to retake a new picture. That would have been useless by then because we were already in Mississauga for a rush passport. If they don't know enough to look at the passport and identify that the jacket over the chin and how it would be rejected, then they obviously don't know how to take a proper passport picture. Even though they are cheaper than most, I guess there is a reason why. You are paying for amateurs. Spend the extra 10-15 dollars and do it right with a proper photo store. A red flag should have been raised when my father couldn't find the store and had to call, just to learn they operated out of a convenient store to get the photo done. Cheap.

Called to get a quote for photos, seems like they just don’t like customers. Terrible tone, condescending and hung up as I was asking a second question. My advice, try someone else before calling this location. I’m sure someone else will appreciate your business.

I went to Burlington store on Fairview to take pictures for my PR card. When I asked whether the guy could do that, he said his software can figure out the measurement. He told me about no jewelry or jacket when taking the picture which is a good advice. However when he cut the actual pictures, they seem to be bigger than what I have from the print out from government website. I asked whether I could measure the pictures to see they meet the requirements before paying and the guy was very rude saying "out the door". What a service....I will not recommend anyone to go to this place to take pictures.

grocery the staff is respectful and kind credit card not accepted external drive not allowed..but you will have your photo sent to your email address I try to upload my photo to the visa application was too large in bytes size..so I used online image resizing and worked perfect!
