We hired Martin as our photographer for our wedding in August 2022 as we were so impressed by his attention to detail, creativity, professionalism, and kind nature. When my Nana fell ill and we discovered she wouldn’t make it to this wedding, Martin agreed to photograph our quick wedding so that she could see us get married. He was so enthusiastic throughout the day and I absolutely loved working with him. He was so encouraging and patient, and he showed us some pictures he captured after he took them and WOW!!!!!! I was so lucky to have been able to book Magy for a weekday photo shoot last month with my handsome 7 yr old dog, Harley.. It took place the day before Harley was having a serious surgery to remove his spleen and determine if he had cancer - so I was understandably emotional. Despite that, Magy managed to make me feel relaxed throughout the 1 hour shoot and she did such a great job at capturing the amazing bond that Harley and I share. Martin has done family photography and a newborn photo session for us, and all have been wonderful experiences with beautiful photos as a result. He’s met us in our neighbourhood to do casual family photos in our local parks and trails, making it easily to coordinate around nap times of our kids. When our son was born, both Martin and Magy were able to come to our home days after his birth to capture those sweet newborn shots without the stress of making it to a studio. Being parents themselves, they worked well with our kids and even the dog! The photos were casual and edited well. At one point in our last set of family photos both of our sons were losing interest and decided to play in a pile of dirt, when the photos came back, even the dirt ones looked beautiful! We’ll be calling on them again in the future as our family grows to capture these sweet moments.

My Brother's wedding had hired a team photographers who swarmed the place to "get the best angles". They were a distraction and even ended up in each others pictures. We knew we didn't want that. Martin arrived alone 30 minutes before the ceremony with his workhorse, a 30-200mm zoom lens and so when I gave him the quick run down of the sequence of events and specified that we wanted him to get great shots without being seen, he simply smiled tapping his camera and said "don't worry, you won't know I'm here" We never noticed him and yet, he managed to take some absolutely breathtaking photos. After the ceremony, and with the help of the maid of honour, he directed us for some portraits. He was warm, kind, punctual, and impeccably dressed. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Martin.

After searching high and low for a photographer for our wedding, my wife and I chose M+M Photography based on their online portfolio and it was probably the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. We met with Martin over a year in advance for a quote, and he took us through every single thing that could possibly come up on our big day. The package we chose included an engagement session, so we even got to see Martin's work firsthand before the wedding. Prior to the wedding, Martin was in touch with us to finalize our itinerary and make sure we were all on the same page. As for the work Martin and his colleague, Kevin, did at the wedding itself, I can't even begin to describe how exceptional they were. My wife and I aren't exactly the most comfortable in front of a camera, but they made us feel so right at home with everything all day. Martin and Kevin were beyond friendly (and hilarious!), riffed so well with the wedding party, and even gave extra attention to our junior bridesmaid (9 years old) to help her feel involved and like she belonged with all the adults. It's been over a month since our wedding and we are *still* receiving compliments on how exceptional Martin and Kevin were. We've seen a preview of some of the photos they took, and they are truly, truly unbelievable. I really don't know how to thank Martin and Kevin, because they made our wedding day so much more magical than we ever could have imagined. If you are in need of a photographer for any type of life event, I promise you cannot go wrong with M+M Photography.

I chose M+M photography to capture my wedding day, and I can say that it was the best choice! M+M Photography is a family business, where Martin captures the day with his amazing quality cameras, and Magy puts the memories together in prints or gorgeous albums. I found them originally in "Wedding wire", and found out that week that they had also. captured my coworkers' wedding (small world). My top 3 must haves for my wedding were: good food, good music, and good pictures. We chose to have our friends take videos and put it together ourselves, as that was not a priority for our budget. I have seen photos from other photographers who were "cheaper", which, to be honest was not that big of a difference price wise, but the quality of the pictures was definitely lacking. This is a day you want to remember, and M+M definitely did that for us. Martin took our engagement pics as well. Our photo is actually featured in their website as "The lady in red". The whole time, until the actual wedding day, Martin was communicating with us, answering our questions and making it easy for us to not stress over it. During the wedding day, he took my pictures, while his coworker Kevin took my husband "getting ready" photos. They both were punctual and came early to set up. The ceremony and reception was captured beautifully as well. Martin even edited a few photos when I asked him to. For our album, we met with Magy to design it. She was very approachable and made us feel "at home". We chose a simple design, but a higher quality material. Unfortunately, there was an error from the album printing company (which I was told is located in Italy). I was so excited to get the album on time because I was going to surprise my family with another announcement while showing them the wedding photos. Because of the error, the album took longer. But, Magy was very kind and offered us to keep both. This way my family could still have the memory of our big announcement. I am very sure when I say this: if you want a beautiful day to be beautifully captured, M+M is the place to go.
