I have been following Brandie’s work since I found out I was pregnant. I knew I wanted a photo shoot for my baby with her since I admire her work so much. My experience with her was amazing as I expected. You can see this is her passion and she loves what she does. She loves babies and will do anything to get a smile and to get that fabulous shoot you have always dream of. Heather, the studio coordinator, was amazing as well. She resolved all my questions with in minutes. I would recommend them 100% and I would go back to this studio in a heart beat if I have a second child.

A few of my family members have worked with Brandie for their kids' shoots and I have seen all of them and loved all of them. I thought who better to pick when it was my son's turn. I had only seen her work but when I spoke with Brandie over emails she was so understanding and on board with all my ideas. I have been booking sessions with this studio, and only this studio, for the past three years and have never been disappointed with the shots I get back. All the photos are exceptional and it’s always hard to choose so most of the time I order them all! Brandie and Emily are excellent photographers who are wonderful with children and makes everyone feel comfortable during the session. My toddler even smiles in the photos - which is a miracle! Brandie has two studios and they are both gorgeous with amazing lighting. This allows the photos to be very consistent. This is one of the most effectively ran photography businesses I have used - they shoot really quick and get you photos quick. Their coordinator Heather is amazing and always on top of things. They are a very well oiled machine. A note that your family has to be well prepared because the sessions will go very very fast and you will feel rushed. So try to think of every shot to make sure you are posed and have the expression you want. We have been to the studio 3 times already and will go back again.

I recently did a cake smash for my babies first birthday. The set was exactly what I asked for. There is a large selection of clothes and headpieces to choose from, which makes it easy because you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. Brandie was quick and did a lot of set changes. I don’t have the edited pictures back yet but from what I’ve seen they turned out great. Can’t wait to get the final edits. The only downfall is that for the price you’re paying you don’t get many pictures. I’d happily take the rest of them unedited with a watermark off to the side rather than them being deleted and lost forever. However I know many photographers do this it’s just a shame the rest of the pictures go to waste.

I was so happy with the set up and all the beautiful accessories and outfits she had available to choose from. She created a beautiful setting based on only a few sentences from me, and I knew I chose the right photographer the second I saw her previous work online. The cake she supplied was beautiful too, and made such a delightful mess during the smash! On another note, I just wanted to say that with everything going on with the Covid pandemic, I really appreciated how seriously Brandie was taking it and how well she was managing infection control purposes. I felt very safe at her studio and knew that my baby was safe as well. I would (and will!) recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer for any baby images, and I know we will be back with her for some amazing family portraits in the years to come. I wasn't overly happy with our session. The pictures did turn out well in terms of the quality and editting and she is definitely an excellent photographer however I just felt it was very rushed and our selection of photos was lacking. I have twin boys and obviously it is more difficult with 2 babies than 1 but I am still displeased with the photos we got. We have hardly any of our one son. True that he wasn't being as cooperative but I felt I wasn't even given the opportunity to calm him down. For the price we paid I was expecting to be more satisfied. It seemed there wasn't even enough time for them to really "smash" the cakes. The whole thing wasn't even 30 mins and around half of that wasn't even with the cakes The studio was nice enough to have us on a holiday Monday so perhaps that is why it was short - but had I known this I would have rescheduled. Overall I am quite upset to have paid what we did and not received anything close to what I was expecting. I do like the quality and she was very friendly with our boys but I will not be returning.

This is our second cake smash with Brandie as we had a great experience the first time around with our first born in 2017. Her business has grown successfully in just a few short years which isn’t a surprise at all as she is a very talented artist and photographer. She was also very pleasant and warm to deal with. I recall her taking the time to make our daughter feel more comfortable and it was definitely reflected in the pictures. Her custom set was also amazing, and so it was a no-brainer that we would go back to Brandie for our son’s cake smash. Fast forward to our recent cake smash in Jan/20, we had a good experience and while Brandie was still pleasant and friendly to deal with, we couldn’t help but feel rushed :(. The custom set was exactly how we had envisioned it and it looked absolutely beautiful in the pictures. We just wished our son would have felt comfortable enough to give us one picture with a smile :(. Had we known we needed to bring toys or props to prompt a smile, we definitely would have. I recall in our first cake smash in 2017, Brandie had different toys, stuffed animals and even feathers to tickle a stubborn / stunned 1-year old. In our recent cake smash, however, we felt both the effort and arsenal to be somewhat lacking. I wanted to note though that we were the last session (3rd) of the day on a Friday which also happened to be a PA day, so that may have played a contributing factor to the experience. Perhaps an earlier session in the day would have been a different experience. Lastly, we thought wearing our winter boots/shoes in the studio and on the set was somewhat unsanitary for the kids who were bare foot and playing with a cake on the floor (we had asked whether we should remove our shoes when we entered). I hope this provides a constructive feedback based on our experience. We were happy to see her again nonetheless and happy to see how her business has flourished.

I booked Brandie for my newborn shoot and even though I follow her work and love it, I was completely blown away by not only the pictures but the entire experience. When we got to her studio, we were amazed at the selection and variety of props/clothing etc that she had. She had set up the most incredible backdrop for our pictures that completely fit our nursery theme. We then went downstairs and relaxed in the parent studio while her and Heather worked their magic with our little girl. Within an hour they were done taking the pictures. The entire experience was so relaxing and stress free especially for all the new mamas. I cannot wait to be back in the studio for our one year cake smash. We are so happy that we were recommended to use Brandie Narola for our daughter’s newborn photos. We purchased the trio package of newborn photos, sitting session, and 1 year cake smash. First off, her studio is quite impressive! She has absolutely everything you need (outfits, props, head bands, etc). Any theme, any color, she has it. Second, she works so well with babies it is amazing to watch. She can dress and reposition a sleeping baby with ease! Third, she captures all the moments during the session, including when baby is looking to the side laughing, or sucking cake off their fingers. I told her that I love my daughters eyelashes and toes and she made sure to take close-ups of both. In our last session, my daughter was woken from her nap early therefore didn’t want to smile for us, yet Brandie is so quick with her camera she was able to capture the split second moments that we were given a quick smile/laugh. Fourth, she creates custom backdrops for each sessions theme. I don’t know anyone else who does that. She is extremely talented and it shows! Lastly, she is just a lovely person is general - So kind and sweet. She is highly recommended!

When the post went up by Brandie Narola Team. I knew I had to book it right away. I couldn't checkout quick enough. But when I emailed Heather. Whom I have dealt quite often in the past:) She found me a date. Thanks Heather. This meant so much to us. My husband and I knew we didn't want to turn to any other photographers for this shoot. When you work with the ladies, you will understand why everyone brags about them. Asides from the breathtaking sets, the quick responses and turnaround time. They also really have an eye for photography and know how to keep your Little babes happy. My daughter had such a fun time. Lastly. Have you seen their children's wardrobe? BUT I have just gone through our son's first birthday cake smash pictures and our first family Christmas photo shoot from last year and I had to make some time for this review! Brandie and her entire team are the legit "Kodak Moment" queens! They have magic in their hands with the sets that they create and the images that they take. I've worked with Brandie twice now (it will be 3 times this Sunday with our 2nd family Christmas photo shoot) and she is such an amazingly talented photographer. Not only is she down to earth, but she is so beyond welcoming and friendly that it makes the overall experience at the studio refreshing and memorable. Just a disclaimer-you will have an extremely hard time picking your favorite images BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL ALWAYS SO BEAUTIFUL! I have told Brandie this before and I'll say it now...my family and I will always come back to BNP! The entire team takes their time to learn what your vision (as a parent) is and literally bring it to life. I would highly recommend this studio to all of my friends and family!!
