Horrible customer service. They don't even acknowledge the customer initially. Then they continue to make the customer wait while they're sitting idle and chatting with each other. Zero professionalism, zero work ethics. We obviously walked out after waiting 10 mins and took our business elsewhere.

Poor service and rude woman greeted us. Royal Photo Studio produced poor quality passport photos and then agrued when I told her she had cut off the right shoulder on the passport photograph. She refused to do it again demanding I pay extra otherwise I will not get the passport photos I had already paid for. Will never go there again - I do not Recommend Royal Photo Studio under any circumstances - Be aware of being overcharged for poor quality of service.

This is a place where you get good photo quality in decent price. My wife get her professional photo done in just $30. Other places were asking for $150. They clicked several photos and asked us to choose one. I will highly recommend this place to someone who does not want to spend a lot and need a good photo quality.

Friendly and courteous. Affordable and competitive pricing. Outdoor/ event services for professional photography also available. Response time also good. Slight disadvantage for good but small players like this is lack of digital marketing where I feel they might me losing prospective customers. But in this scenario the satisfied customers who refer others is kind of keeping them busy regularly.
