Worst service I almost lost my status because he gave me wrong size and cic send me email which was overlooked and again I had to wait for another 6 months Please educate yourself for important applications thank you

My family hired him for an event and the end result was terrible. We could of videotaped the event ourselves and it would of been 100 times better. Not mention that the owner/photographer/videographer is extremely rude and lazy. DONT EVER HIRE THEM!!!

Worst photographer ever, doesn’t know the editing, poor quality of pics, not interested in clicking pics, very annoying. Totally incompetent photographer I have ever came across. Pls never ever go to this place, it’s such a waste of time and money. He doesn’t even know what a real photography is all about. I am repenting that why I went to his shop to get the photo clicked. My worst fault in my life. Whatever bad we could say to his photography is less for him.

Such a worst experience ever ; the Lady at a front desk treated me so badly. There is no actual photographer there. Only some random lady who doesn’t even know how to click pictures took my picture and the picture was not according to my requirements. And then I requested her to retake the photo, she first refused to do it and then she took pictures with my eyes closed. She was just showing me some kind of attitude like she was doing a favour for me. And her associate were laughing at me for no reason. Such a bad customer service. I will never go there again and I won’t recommend anybody to go there for their pictures taken. They are best at ruining your mood and day ????????

The service I received from Jay at Mahi Photo Studio Surrey was exceptional! Jay is easy to speak to and he listens. He provided me with a first-class customer service. I had some old VHS, VHS-C and 8mm films that I wanted to transfer into a digital format. I had over 80 films to transfer and Jay was able to complete them within 10 days. Additionally, there was a small issue when it came to formatting, but Jay went above and beyond and fixed the formatting issue in a timely manner as well. Jay is a professional who knows the videography/photography industry well. He is well versed in the business he is running. As for pricing, Jay was the most affordable service I can find in the Lower Mainland who can transfer these videos. I definitely recommend Jay to help you with any video transferring services. Jay will continue to have my business for any video related services I need in the future.
