excellent customer service...due to extenuating circumstances on my end we were unable to utilize a groupon certificate within the alloted time....they extended the time and all worked out well....emailed arrangements with our photographer were very smooth and she turned out to be extemely friendly and professional....enjoyed our shoot .....photographer listened to our wants and delivered everything that we could have hoped for....very pleased with the proofs that were presented promptly....have alresdy downloaded final images and awaiting our prints....when the occasion arises in the future we won't hesitate to use their services again ....Highly Recommended !!

It was the BEST experience ever. The photographer was so nice, patient and creative, she knew her job and took us to a lot of cute spots in the park where we did the photo shoot. There was a little misunderstanding about the date of the session and the studio managed it amazingly. I recommend this experience to everyone who wants to create some good memories and make them last forever.

LensDrop has been absolutely fantastic to work with. We were able to snag their photo shoot deal through Groupon and it was a pleasant surprise that it was in support for the local Paws for Hope charity. Our group's photographer, Madison, has been very professional and very good at suggesting thoughtful poses we could do. The booking experience has been nothing but seamless and they have been very responsive to inquiries and accommodating for our needs. Our photos also turned out so well that I almost felt guilty having to pick and choose between them for our final collection. So far, our experience with them has been great and we are looking forward to getting our prints! A great experience all around.

If you love lack of communication and waiting months for a proper response, go with this studio. They come up with the same excuse for the delay but don't action a solution until you threaten a bad review. If you can somehow find out the photographer, Madison's contact information, I highly recommend her. My sisterhood/maternity photoshoot was in March and since then, I have had my baby and still have not received my hardcopy photos.
