I was urgently looking for a passport size photograph this morning. Most of the nearby businesses were closed and would open after 10am. This shop was open around 9:15am and the young Sikh guy over there hardly took 10 mins to click a picture, print the picture and finish the billing process. Absolutely great experience! That is what we call 'serving the customer'. I would come back here again.

Not really good experience. Clearly told them need a photo for my PR card and they didn’t click as per dimensions required. My PR card is delayed just because of them as photo clicked by them got rejected. Unnecessary waste of my time and energy. Today went again by taking some time out from busy schedule to get one clicked with the correct dimensions and I was made to sit and wait whileas people who came after me were attended first. Just surprised how could they not know the dimensions required, if they knew how could they be so negligent in regards to peoples such important stuff. Will not prefer to get their services in the future. Totally Disappointed!!..

Ten months ago, after my first visit, I wrote: "I got a passport photo over there. It was fast and cheap! Nicely done!" But my today's experience was totally different. He was so rude. He was not wearing mask, mumbling behind plexiglass and finally threw my recipt on the counter with anger because I paid with credit card while he didn't clearly tell me that they preder debit.

He is charging $ 5 extra if you asked your photo on email which is not easy on pocket. Yes $1 or $2 is acceptable "Holy cow" $5 per person is really heavy on pocket. still did not understand why small business compare themselves with big multi chain. sending photo wouldn't take extra effort or time for which they are charging $5 extra per click.

This place is well maintained, it is not too crowded (at least when I am doing my workouts) and it has a decent parking. For the sinners there is McDonalds right across the street to test your will power. Great connection to public transport as well.

Good quality passport photos + cheaper than Costco. Used to run a shop knows what it takes to get good shots. These guys have the proper background diffusers and use a dye sub printer. Alot of these fly by night people will use a cheap inkjet instead.

I clearly asked them if the photo taken was within the dimensions accepted for the documents I need. The guy said yes but now that I checked they are almost double the size of the acceptable standard size. If you are not sure about the size PLEASE ask the customer. Don't say "Yes of course" and send the wrong size!!!
