They charge cheaper than other places. I visited multiple times for passport photos and every time I satisfied with the service I received. They show the photo and ensure it is good quality before cutting it. They provide digital copy and also print copy as per requirement.

Really terrible experience. I went there for a portrait photo and did not like their work - looked like a cheap instagram filter. Asked for a printout of the portrait without the filter. The owner Amarbir Saini declined saying, "Do whatever you need to..." I filed a BBB complaint and the owner still did not heed to my request. The BBB has removed them from their list of accredited business.

Used these guys for my wedding and they botched all the photos and won't return my money. Would not recommend this place to anybody as they have poor customer service. Do not give any personal details to these people such as your name or phone number if you want privacy. After I spoke to a few of them about some sort of refund, my wife started getting harassment text messages and when we looked into where the messages are coming from we found out that it was from some fake account created on an app called Text Now. Upon reading previous reviews I see that others have also complained about privacy and misconduct. Just makes you wonder who would want to hire these desi's to run their business.

Did a lot of research to find this place. They do all the ID photos In a few minutes for only $5.00. One of the few places who does it with less money for a better quality. I was also surprised to see the host of possibilities with photo printing. From mugs to rugs, they do it all. I would say a one stop solution for all your photo/gifting needs!

Really great services! Passport photos are very cheap compared to other places & they take the pictures super quickly and cut it. They show you your picture & let you retake it them if you do not like it. The workers greet you right when you walk in and lead you to help you with what you want. Some customers were not wearing a mask (which I get if you are taking your passport picture in the back area, but not when you are sitting on the chairs waiting or standing).

I generally do not write a review unless the service is too worst or too great. I had really worst experience with this photo studio. I hope at least one person get benefit out of this review. I have visited Golden memories photo studio on August 13th 2021 for photo of passport application. The staff at studio do not have minimum knowledge on photo requirements for passport application. Because of this studio staff negligence or ignorance, passport application got rejected saying " Both be original, unaltered photos printed from a single negative or a single electronic image file ( not taken from an existing photo). I have attached the rejection notice from Passport program Canada. Due to Covid situation, Passport application processing taking more than 2 months. Passport Program informed me about rejection because of photos unacceptable only after 2 months. Because of this I had to cancel my travel plans. My sincere recommendation to all of you is please avoid this photo studio if you want a quality photograph (or) do not want to face any issues with your applications like Passport , PR application and so on. Note : Delay in application processing for important documents / decisions or immigration, not only cost you money sometimes you may lose life time opportunities . Please be careful. Based on my experience, it is worst photo studio not only because of quality but also unprofessionalism.

i was attended by a young guy, I couldn't barely understand him, as he was mumbling his words. He was rude. I handed a paper, with what kind of picture I needed. He didn't even look at it. ( and no, it wasn't for passport/PR) I used to get all my pics done here. They had nice people working here before. I don't see any of the old staff, just these new guys. And like many reviewers said, no customer service. Poorly taken picture aswell. I tossed these and went somewhere else. Not going back.

Perhaps the fastest photo service ever.. I was in and out in 2 minutes. I stepped in, sat down, camera clicked, got up and went to the counter and the pic was already on the computer monitor. By the time I paid, the pic was emailed to me and the prints were on the counter for me to grab and go.

Booked an appointment by calling on the phone. Karan and Param were both helpful on the phone and later on at the studio with taking our family pictures. We had a one hour session when we took different combinations of pictures with different attires. The people there treated us professionally and gave us great service. Kudos to the team. The turnaround to get the actual print was 2 days (when they found out that our children had to leave soon) and the output was marvelous. Truly great pictures that our family will treasure. Thank you Golden Memories for giving us such pictures which will nurture "Golden Memories" for us always!!

I wanted a permanent residence photo (PR) photo and it kept getting rejected online. The current method is to upload online onto the PR portal. The team in there were so good and sorting out my photo, especially Deep and Api. They knew that my previous photo i was trying to upload was too bright because of my clothing. I also wear a dastar and it's dark color was effecting the photo. They suggested light blue, so I went to the store next door and tied a new one. They also suggested a grey t-shirt. They charge $5 for the photo which is very reasonable and the picture was upload first time with no issues!!! Go to these guys for PR photo. Thank you guys

DO NOT go here because you will regret giving out personal information such as your phone number. All dippers from India work here who harass women with dirty messages and calls off some app called Text Now. Spoke to the owner Amarbir Saini and he suggested we file a police report but at the same time refuses to do anything on his end. The calls and messages have been coming through for weeks now. I block one number but they go ahead and start contacting me off another. Previous reviews here also show that other women have complained about having the same issue but the owner did not do anything.

They are very professional. They allowed our dog to be included in a photo shoot and they are very patient with us, 2 children and a dog! These are young people who know so well how to manage a photo studio business and because they are young, they are passionate, they love what they do and they are very technical. Could not say enough good things for them. Also I have to mention that all their equipment is very modern. We have been to many studios before and thankfully we found them. Although my initial review was not so good about this business but after reading my review I got a call from the director Amarbir Saini to discuss the issues I faced. Sometimes the employees who work at a business don't care about the best interests of customers as well as somebody else's business they are looking after, this can lead to dissatisfaction and is bad for the business overall. However when someone apologizes on behalf of their employees misconduct this means a lot to the customer and I really appreciate his call. I wish him the best.

Please avoid this place at all costs.
