For us we wanted photographers whose purpose was not only to take as many photos as possible but to take photos that matter. We knew that not every photographer can capture emotions and that, to us, is the fundamental purpose of wedding day photography. Sergio and Mel went above and beyond what we hoped for. Everyone on the team was professional, polite and had a sharp eye for the best picture angles. We kept an open dialog and continuously communicated to bounce around and collaborate on ideas for pre-wedding and pre-reception photoshoots. They have an eye for location scouting - the places we decided on for our shoots were picture perfect. Sergio and Melinda went out of their way to even help coordinate family members for pictures in the most timely and efficient manner we’ve ever seen at an Indian wedding. At the start of the process they were understanding to our needs during a pandemic wedding We had a really lovely pre-shoot at Hycroft Manor and they took a variety of shots that I haven't seen before at such a popular venue. My husband and I had a long distance relationship and he didn’t arrive to Vancouver until about 2 weeks before the wedding, which meant we didn’t get to do our pre wedding shoot until he arrived. Sergio and Mel worked around our schedule, as we had a hundred other things to do, but they made it happen and the pictures were just beautiful. And, since it was in the middle of wedding season, they were just as busy themselves, but they provided such amazing customer service and I will never forget it for future events. They take your recommendations and provide the best tips and locations if you don’t know what you are really looking for. They were always there ahead of schedule and stayed later than they needed to. I have seen photographers in the past yelling at people to get out of the way and make room but I never heard anything from them, they were always adjusting according to the crowd and always getting the best shots. I was amazed when I saw the final pictures. They always captured the moments perfectly. They help you make packages according to your budget and they were just the most reasonable people to deal with.
