This is a great store for all your camera needs etc. I like supporting local small business so I try to go here rather than big box stores. Last week went in to get some batteries for my scale and I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Passport photo came out to $25, was quick and fast. The nice woman at the front also pasted it on to my visa application for me! Great service all around.

Not good service. I went there to get a picture for my immigration and there was a guy who wanted to charge twice for just a picture. I told him I do want the stamped copy but he wanted me to charge for both email and hard copy. I ended up deleting the email and had to walk out without getting physical photo. That's totally unprofessional and left a bad impression for that guy and Fairview photo lab. I hope the owner reads and act on it.

Would not recommend this place. I asked for 5 photos to be printed from a USB stick (something that takes me 5 mins if I could have found a working self-serve kiosk anywhere in Brantford) and they advised it would take over 24 hours and wouldn't be ready until after closing time the next day. So, not helpful.

At times I can be an abrasive customer... These kind people went out of their way to help me far above and beyond what anyone could expect. They are very good people and I highly recommend their services. They are more than just a buisness, they would rather earn respect than money. This is rare and should be valued. Many thanks????

We got our 7-month old daughter's passport photo at the Fairview Photo Lab. The staff were extremely professional, great equipment and tools to catch the child's attention as well as very polite. 7 month-old's can be really fidgety but she got the picture within minutes. The picture turned out so well that when I went to Service Canada for the passport application, the staff commented on how well it was taken and there would be no issues with the photograph being accepted.

Whilst a shadow of what it used to be (as all camera stores are) in the glory days… Fairview is STILL my go to lab. I drive there from Cambridge and they treat me royally. We need to support small businesses like these. Fairview go over and above to provide good service, quality and fair prices.

oh how the mighty have fallen....asleep. Meh service, insinuated I came to close to close which is 5:30pm everyday of the week so apparently you have to be retired of unemployed to shop there on weekdays. I was told just to go to their website if I needed Nikon lens info and stock was hard to get. I can do that at amazon??? Well at least I tried to shop local...Amazon new lens order confirmation: arriving tomorrow.

Great efficient, knowledgeable and courteous service for camera gear. Thought I needed my sensor cleaned, but ended up being a different issue. Rob talked me through my camera needs and was very evidently more concerned about helping me achieve the best results with my camera than trying to have me purchase more gear. Framed a wedding moments crooked. Brought it back to be fixed and it's worse. Still crooked, words showing along the edge of the matting and the paper on the back looks like kindergarten cut and paste. Terrible work!!

I went here today to pick up my negatives and prints for three rolls of black and white film I'd dropped off a few weeks back and the quality of the prints were terrible. Digital noise and dust on nearly every photo and the tones of the prints were flat and muddy looking. The old guy who served me told me, "That's film for you." But I've gone to other places to get my film developed before in Ottawa and Hamilton and I had no issues, the prints turned out perfect. Not to mention the price is astonomical for prints and development. I know shooting film has it's costs, but this was rediculous. Suffice to say I will not be returning and to anyone who is thinking of getting film developed here I would NOT recommend.

I ordered a hard to get camera from Ray Demers and as promised it was delivered to me in 2 1/2 weeks . During this time i was given a status update and Ray met and exceeded my expectations ! I would definetly recommend Fairview Photo and Ray to anyone in the market for photo related needs !!!!!!!

Customer Service is horrible! I went there to get an extra copy of one of my pictures. I gave them my cell number. They said it will be ready within the next 24-48 hours, and said that they would call me when the picture would be ready. Okay? So I waited and waited...A month goes by and I decided to drop by in person, and asked if my copy was ready, and yeah it was. An extra copy of ONE photo cost me about $4.50! I questioned the cost, and they were just rude! Ugh! They are also very rude on the phone when I was inquiring about wedding album costs. I would not recommend this place! I took my business elsewhere! Disappointing! Too bad, because it is conveniently located to where I live, like, walking distance close.

Been here twice and the quality is much better than any other photo kiosks I've used. You have to wait 24 hours but it is worth it! Staff is Super friendly and helpful.
