This holiday season was my first opportunity to use The Ruby Manor space with their holiday decor. The location is in a perfect location with parking and the building is very welcoming. You are always greeted by a friendly team member at the door. Cassandra who is the manager and owner is very professional and friendly and has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and have what we need. I love utilizing the space and look forward to booking The Ruby Manor for future sessions and events

I love how unique this beautiful heritage studio space is. The large parking lot makes it so easy unload my gear, and assure a quick parking experience for my clients as opposed to many downtown studio's with limited spots available! So many little details about this studio makes it stand out from the rest.

The Ruby Manor is a beautiful event/creative space! Cassandra was great to work with when planning my proposal, she is responsive, honest, accommodating and has great recommendations. On the day of my proposal, I was blown away of how beautiful she and her team set up of the room. My now fiancé cannot stop looking at the photos taken by Cassandra, and she cannot stop reliving our magical moment together. I had my headshots done here in the Milan studio and the service was incredible! As soon as I arrived I was greeted and offered water as I waited for my photographer. They gave us a thorough tour of the space and provided us tips for using the space most effectively. The studio was bright, spacious, and had lots of variety in furniture that we could use. Overall, I had a phenomenal experience at this studio and I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Our first visit at Ruby Manor was amazing. Our pictures came out great. Love the huge parking space available and the space we booked was Milian with a Christmas theme. I must say our pictures with that background came out beautiful. I also love how there is a powder room available. We look forward to coming back again. After our first visit to Ruby Manor I could not wait to come back! The space is gorgeous and perfect for any occasion. Cassandra is very professional and kind. As first-time parents taking photos can be very crazy, she was very patient and helped us while we were taking photos. The best part, their parking is right beside their entrance! This is the second time I have rented out rooms for photoshoots. Each room is so unique and the online booking system is extremely easy to use! The decor of each room fits each theme so perfectly and we also had the chance to use the rooms while they were decorated for Christmas which was so beautiful without a single corner missed. I would highly recommend using this facility for photoshoot opportunities and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

My new favourite studio! This is not your typical photo studio, the Ruby Manor is such a vibe! From the moment I arrived, I knew I made the right decision to have my maternity shoot here. The location is private, has parking right in front, and is easy to find. Each room is clean, bright and well designed, all of the details speak for themselves. Even the washroom was chic.
