Nathalie is a very nice person. Cool vibe and professional attitude. The photos are great quality. Good posing direction and lighting. We would have liked some photos of the bridesmaids and bride when the transportation arrived and more photos of the guests. Nathalie had 3 photographers at one time during the big day so that was really cool. The contract says it can take 1-3 months to receive your photos. We got ours just slightly over 3 months after our wedding. The branding of the redwood studio was a little too instructive on our printed and digital copies. I would prefer to have the logos on the back of the pictures and an option not to have them at all since it feels like you’re paying a couple thousand of dollars to advertise for the company. Getting a response can be very delayed so be patient. Overall, I think with improvements I would happily recommend Redwood Studio and Nathalie. Edit: Nathalie contacted us regarding the review and she was really awesome about the feedback. She even offered to send the photos out without the logos. My husband and I have decided to continue doing even more business with her after the conversation and are ordering a few a la cart services. I would like to change my review to 5 stars and I would 100% recommend Redwood Studio and Nathalie.

We chose Redwood to shoot both our engagement and wedding photos. Nathalie and her team were a dream to work with from start to finish. Our wedding was quite intimate with 14 guests and you can feel the love and the relaxed nature of the day reflected in our photos. She made us feel comfortable during our photos with our guests and we were able to let loose knowing that we would be able to relive our candid moments. The lighting and quality of the images far exceeded what I expected and we honestly couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a professional photographer to capture your special day - whatever it may be - look no further. They did an amazing job and we highly recommend them!

We had Nathalie as our wedding photographer last year, but we are sadly to say that the experience was quite disappointing. The deadline has been pushed again and again, now after three months and two weeks we're still waiting for our wedding pictures, even though the delivery time was supposed to be 4 to 8 weeks based on our contract. We haven't seen a single picture from the photographer yet. The prolonged waiting as well as the overpromising really makes us question her professionalism and credibility. We had our wedding in mid October last year, by mid November we followed up with Nathalie regarding the pictures, and we were told the pictures would be ready in a few weeks. Then by mid December, after not getting a reply to our email and text message, we phoned Nathalie asking about the ETA of our pictures as it had been for two months. She mentioned she was having a very busy season by the end of year, and would try to work through the holidays to deliver our photos in early January. It was understandable, so we just decided to wait patiently till January. However, no any updates till January14th, I had to follow up again with Nathalie to see what was going on. She confimed the pictures were done editing, and promised we would get them in 2 to 3 days as they needed to export them. I'm not sure if Nathalie truly understands what it means to make a promise, now another 10 days passed, no updates and no pictures. We asked around our friends and family members, none had waited for this long for their wedding pictures, and our wedding wasn't even in the peak season. There may be all kinds of personal reasons to cause the delay, it's still hard to justify the additional 6 weeks and potentially longer waiting period since we still haven't got them yet. update: we received the photos at the end of January - we are satisfied with the quality of the pictures.

Met with Nathalie from Redwood Photography Brampton in July of 2019. It was a great initial connection and booked services which included a complimentary 1 hour engagement photo session. Our engagement photos took place in late February of 2020. The Online portal provided to arrange appointments was relatively easy to use, but would suggest booking engagement dates soon after digitally signing contract because the link did expire after a few months. After a few emails back and forth we were able to book our engagement photo session. Nathalie was on time, flexible, asked us questions to get to know us better, and has a great eye on the day of our shoot. We received a link to our engagement photos in April 2020 with an apology for the delay and a commitment of a little treat. The pictures were great and really captured who we are as a couple. Great if you plan to use them for your save the dates/ websites… but based on our experience, waiting for prints may be lengthy. We did end up using the pictures for our postponement updates to our friends and family and to spruce up our website. At the time of our wedding we hadn’t received the treat which we learned was a canvas print of our favourite engagement picture. It was going to be part of our welcome/ reception decor. It was explained at that time that the gift was a courtesy and not an obligation which was disappointing. If we do end up receiving it, we will gladly display in our home. Have the perfect spot in mind. Fingers are crossed:) Our wedding was August 2021 after 2 delays due to the pandemic. Thankfully we were able to personally arrange for a picture to be printed, framed and displayed for our wedding with the easy to use high / quality prints we received from Redwood by using a local printing centre. Redwood is a very busy business with owners involved in various industries so customer patience is required. Email response times from Redwood can be delayed which was the case at the time of our wedding - especially when wedding bookings resumed in Ontario with the loosened restrictions. We are looking forward to receiving our wedding photos and hope to send out our thank you cards before the holidays/Christmas. Based on reading the reviews for Redwood (2018/ 2019) online, it seems like anywhere from 2-3 months wait for images seems standard. Will provide feedback on the wedding photos/ experience when we receive them/ at that time. Overall, happy with the pictures we received. We are hoping the old adage ‘all good things comes to those who wait’ will be the case with our wedding photos. Covid has not been a fun addition to wedding planning, that’s for sure!

We first met Nathalie and Jerome through my goddaughter. From the first meeting, they were quite professional, friendly, and open to answering all of our questions. We negotiated an investment package within our budget which included all digital photos and a trailer video showcasing highlights from our ceremony and reception. Redwood Studios definitely delivered the services and products were wanted with friendliness, style, and professionalism. In terms of communication, Nathalie responded to all of our emails promptly and had us fill in an online form for our contract and other important details. We found this to be quite convenient and useful to look back on when we needed to. For our engagement shoot, Nathalie was very friendly and fun to work with. She made us feel very comfortable and incorporated the cherry blossom nature look we wanted. She also showed how dedicated she is by working through a back injury during the shoot. On our wedding day, both Nathalie and Jerome were consummate professionals and were able to capture our requested group shots of family, friends and tables. As well, Nathalie was excellent in executing all group shots especially a bird-eye shot of all our guests at our church. Jerome used a "gimble" device for smooth video recording. They were also very flexible with our reception schedule and went above and beyond by staying past our contracted time to ensure we had cake cutting photos. We received our photos and trailer video about three weeks after our wedding and we are extremely happy with the quality of our photos. The photos captured the candid/glamorous style Redwood Studios specializes in. They first shared the photos through an online portal for our review before finalizing. We are now awaiting for the final products which based on the quality and service we have received so far will be worth the wait! We would highly recommend Redwood Studios to anyone who is looking to invest in quality photo/video services to capture their special day!

We met for the free consultation, was promised everything we needed and more. Sadly, they only had 1 day available to do our engagement shoot, it didn't work for us. We wanted to cancel our booking and they became very they hostile and kept $400 for their time during the "free" consultation. They manage multiple personal small businesses so be careful if you are not flexible with your time.

Redwood studio is absolutely amazing! My husband and I booked them for our two day wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the pictures and the videos. The entire experience from the first consultation, to the ceremony, and then to the reception was exceptional customer service. Many of my family members fell in love with them during the wedding and have inquired about using them for their future functions. My sister is planning on getting engaged later this year, and at my wedding mentioned that she was going to book them without even seeing the extent of their work. A decision made purely off of her own encounters and overall experience working with them at my wedding. They're just so much fun to work with. The pictures were so bright and full of colour. Our gallery consisted of many candid pictures, which is what we prefer and even the posed pictures don't look so posed. It also included a lot of the small details that meant a lot to us but are usually missed by the guests so it's nice to have those things captured (like invitations, clothing, rings etc.). They were great at giving direction and utilizing the environment. Nathalie and Jerome were extremely friendly, respectful, knowledgeable (about the Hindu ceremony and everything in general), and helpful. I was able to properly plan out my two days by tapping into Nathalie's experience and vast knowledge of weddings. We would both highly recommend Redwood studios for any of your upcoming occasions. Thank you for helping us to capture this once in a lifetime experience so beautifully!

Working with Nat and Zoe at Redwood was a fantastic experience. We are not really "photo" people and thought taking engagement and wedding pictures would be incredibly uncomfortable and unnatural but they made us feel very at ease and we were so very pleasantly surprised with the outcome. We loved our engagement photos and even used one for our wedding invite, which we wold have never thought of doing in the past. Nat was able to capture the beautiful landscape but also our personalities within each picture. The photos were not overly edited compared to others we had seen and certainly did not have a "cheesy" feeling. At first it seems cool to have photos with special lighting and effects, but then you think about it and realize you want authentic shots of your big day. So that's why we went with Redwood. Throughout the whole experience, Nat was extremely responsive to any questions we had. She was also great leading up to the big day helping us plan out how to best coordinate family, photos, and the wedding. Our wedding pictures beautifully captured the happiness of the day which is priceless.
