I went for the passport service for my kids and the staff gave professional customer service.. they keep taking photos and adjustments until satisfying them selves and made sure photos are as per passport requirements.. I definitely recommend this shop for photos and other services..

Avoid, they seems fleecing people. I needed pics for CIC visa work. They charged about 15 cad per person (3 members so 45+tax about 52-53 cad) for 2 pics and my pic has both cheeks black in photo kind of shadow no idea why. Anyways when I asked for digital photo to be mailed to my email usual practice in India as it's complimentary there; they said you have to pay another 15 cad per person for digital photo also? Day light cheating avoid.....

Owner is quite unprofessional and impatient. I went with my 3 yr old for citizenship pics. First he was not sure about specifications. Secondly he was too impatient to do multiple attempts for kids. Made us wait a lot and insisted on just printing the pics which didnt come out according to specs. Behaved like doing us a favor. Not at all recommended.

Got scammed, this scammer will charge double the amount than regular rates. That old bald freak knows the trick and will call the company/pro passport photo in front of you and raise the price right away. I am going to report this at the consumer level.

Quick service, quality photos. A kid runs this place, knows his photography. I got photos clicked for my US Visa appointment and they were accepted without any fuss. The price is negotiable, he quoted me a higher price than what was listed online but after I brought it up he charged me the online price. Good experience and I do recommend.

The worker was very professional and extremely sensitive to my sons special needs. I recommend this person/passport picture taking place to families with children with Autism and who struggle with eye contact. He also GAVE my son with a choice of candy! It reminded me of way back when when store owners were kind and made kids feel special. This took me back 40 + years and a differentcountry!!! Its been 4 hours and my son is still exiited about the treat!... Highly recommended... I will go back 100% of the time. I also thank a lady who works at shoppers drug mark who recommended I go there... Bless.

Beyond pleased with service and interaction. My daughter is 4 years old with ASD. We have never taught her to take a picture without smiling. The owner was very patient and did multiple shots until we got the perfect one. I even suggested that a previous picture was fine, and he said he didn't think it was so we continued. He could have easily said it was fine and sent me on my way, but that would not have been good customer service. The store was busy with other patrons and he managed to assist everyone. I am patient and decided to wait until less distractions were in the store so that my daughter could focus a little more. Overall I was in the store for about 25 minutes trying to get the picture and never once did I feel like I was in the way or my daughter was a problem.

Went there for Citizenships pictures ( I went to shoppers 3 months ago to do them and I got my papers back now because pictures were not good !! So I lost 3 months knowing that it can take up to a year to get your files approved !! ) The personnal is great , very friendly , and the service is very quick ! It took 5 min to do everything !! Fingers crossed my file will be approved now ! If you have pictures to take for Passeports or Citizenships , that's the best place !!!

I wish I can give no star. It is not passport office. A very old man there whose camera doesn't work and he doesn't know what he is doing. There is a passport taking service with the name mail and copy in the same plaza. He is very professional young man. If you are in this plaza, go to mail and copy shop which is across TD bank.
