If there is some reason why you did not get through in time or got confuse they are willing to help and they make effort to correct the inconvenience. Printed out 17 photos on the self-serve machine from large files. Terrible, terrible quality, blurred, colours off. Did not want them, but... Lady at the counter was rude and refused to see the faults with the photos. I had to pay $8 for bad quality photos I did not want. If you need your photos printed and you care about quality, STEER CLEAR!

A very rude young and inexperienced staff. They refused to show us our passport pictures after taking them on a digital camera and tried to force us to buy the pictures before they were ever printed! And to make things worse, they didn't want to delete the pictures either!! Very appalled and the manager, Ivan, refused to listen once we tried to follow up. These issues go beyond customer service, they also deal with privacy and competence of general passport pictures, as well. Who knew something as simple as a passport picture can turn into a horrific ordeal. There are certainly better and more affordable options like Walmart.

Worst experience ever had at photo shop. They took my photo and print it, when i check my photoes my hairs were coming on my forehead i told them to replace and the guy is like" there is nothing wrong with the dimensions, and you did not ask for a preview." Look at his attitude. I will never ever go back to this location again. If google allows me to put zero ratings i will do so. They care for Zero % customer satisfaction.

Photo plus is a good place to get any kind of photos done whether it is a family function or you need it for your any personal purpose like photos for different federal and provincial applications. Only thing i found not okay is charges are bit high but still affordable. They know about all kind of photo specifications and offer great services. I would say this is good place to get clicked in Brampton Centre area.

They have the best photo quality compared to your local Walmart, Costco or those online sites. They do on the spot printing and they also offer customized products. Surprised that photo services were also delivered curbside ???? The photographer came to the parking lot and took photos and delivered right back to your car. The services were delivered safely as per COVID restrictions. Call and schedule appointment before you go as only specific services are offered. You can't visit the shop inside the mall although mall is open.

Terrible quality Pictures, terrible service. Rip off . I have lost respect for Brampton after visiting photo plus (more like photo minus) What a terrible experience. I want to print pictures so i go to picture printer and the big lazy manager started whispering racist and rude stuff under his breath. I pretend not to hear and when i print pictures the cheap machine downgrades my photo quality!!! I ask the rude worker why its bad quality and he says i should have done 1 hour service. How can i know about one hour service if you whisper rudeness while i am customer using YOUR MACHINE There are more photo stores in brampton, DO NOT come to this one unless you want misery!

I've been to Henrys and independent photo stores in Downtown Toronto, but nothing beats the quality and customer service you get at Photo Plus. If you're looking to develop film, the wait time is only 3-5 days! At Henry's, it takes nearly 3-4 weeks. The staff have all been extremely kind and professional. Love the service they provide.

Needed photos for PR processing. The workers were polite, inviting, and well informed of the photo dimensions and legal use, even to the extent of what is acceptable so the photos won't be rejected. A waiting time is needed ~20min, which is understandable. The pricing for the service is on point as well as for photo developing, hope to see them again to do so. If all goes well with processing, I will give 5 stars. Awesome place, do recommend. Update: I have completed my PR processing, everything went well. I recommend this place as they know what they are doing, thank you!

I came from Nova Scotia. I had an appointment with Magenta Photo Studio, but while walking through Bramalea centre I saw PHOTO+ I walked in an asked if they do PR card photos, he said yes, told me to take a seat, snapped the photo quickly, and that was it. I was surprised how fast that was and told me it would be ready in 20 minutes, so I paid the $24, and my girlfriend and I went shopping. When we came back the store was packed, the guy who took my photo saw me, and while talking to another customer, flipped through my file and handed me the pictures. These guys don’t talk much, they are busy... but who cares, I paid for the fastest service I’ve ever had! I don’t understand why people are leaving bad reviews. I wasn’t there to have a conversation with them, to tell them about my vacation or about the restaurant that we ate at... I came for photos, and that’s what I got. I didn’t get their names, there validity, how long they’ve been there... I got quick service for the price I paid and it was well worth it! You guys are running a business and are good at what you do... isn’t that all that matters?! Good job, thank you for the service and if I am in the area and need you again I will definitely come back... Stupid people leaving bad reviews like you were expecting the red carpet... get over yourself these guys are awesome!

EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Actually, we dont live near your store, so coming back the next day was not an option. We NEEDED those photos that evening for a 60th Anniversary the following day. YOU TOLD US TO COME BACK IN AN HOUR AND WE CAME BACK IN 50 MINS AND YOU CLOSED. So NO coming back was not an option. I had already paid to get those exact photos reprinted. The ONLY REASON we came back was because your store called and I didnt want your store to have my pictures lying around when I thought they would have been destroyed a year ago. Your customer service sucks. When you pay for 1 HOUR service it's for a reason, had I wanted them the next day I would have said so...so dont listen lady me, admit you guys are rude and have a filthy store to boot. If I could give you zero stars I would. Instead of getting half your money, you printed my photos, stored them for a year and still got ZERO MONEY instead of half the money after using your resources. Smart business man you are. Horrible customer service! Do not get prints done here. We got pictures printed here a year ago, the guy told us to go back in an hour, we went back and the store was closed, an hour before the mall even closed! I received a call that my pictures were still there a couple of days ago, I wanted to pick them up and they had the nerve to charge me after I had to get most of ththe pictures reprinted since they closed on us when they told us to go back in an hour. I wanted the pics discounted not free. They said they rather throw them out then give them. Please never use this place. You dont have 2.7 stars bc you have great customer service. Had you meet me half way, you would have 1 less bad review.

Absolutely horrible customer service who was rude to us when we asked about one of their policies. We wanted to put a photo in a locket for our mom’s birthday and told them we needed it by today. They proceeded to take our money and not even take a look inside the locket until the day we were supposed to pick it up. Then they realized that there was 4 photo frames inside and notified us that they couldn’t complete our order since they didn’t even bother checking it until last minute. Ruined our gift for our mom’s birthday while being rude and unprofessional. It’s funny because we asked about their payment policy because we didn’t want to pay and then have our gift ruined. We got an absolutely rude response from that question. Now that exact scenario has happened, talk about being a hypocrite. Don’t go here.

Terrible. They charge 12.99 for adult passport photos and for kids 16.99. Asked why and I was told it's a lot of work. Just imagine if it can take more than 5 min to get one photo right. I had to eventually get it done since it was immediately required. On top of that what a rude way of talking. Keep up the attitude... :( :(
