Very unprofessional and expensive. The lady charged $25 for a digital copy. And she showed too much attitude when asked to show the picture taken. The quality of the picture was also really bad.

very very bad experience..... I went with my family to get a picture for our Id's and we were 5 members and we asked for 8pics each and they charged us $350CD. very bad qualities of picture. there was not proper room for taking picture they let us sit beside there resption desk..... and there was no proper lights. ..... and the camera lol..... it was soooo cheep can't tell thats a studio or a play area ......... ill never recommend this studio.

$5 for a print out, what a shame ... these guys charge $5 for a 1 page black and white printout and $18 for 2 passport photographs from people in despairwho misseda document or bringing the photos. It is understandable being a business you have to make money but such exhorbant prices are kinda shame expecially in such pressing times. Dont want to say this but make sure to find alternatives before going there..

She don’t how to take passport size picture .First time I went to this studio for photo to submit for PR card and paid $18.It was rejected by cic and went back asked her . she said cic misplaced your photo so that’s why they are asking again.I convinced and took another picture and paid $18 second time. Again it was rejected by cic . Now I asked her to give my soft copy to upload to portal she asking money again . Very bad service I don’t recommend this place . Not worth for price .

If I could I'd give no stars or better yet, negative tomato. The woman who was there was beyond rude! We made arrangements for a quick family photo. We were told to arrive after 2 which we did. The photo was supposed to be of my parents with their grandbaby. She started setting them up for a baby passport photo. As soon as I realized what she was doing I tried to explain we were there for a family photo and not baby's passport. Before I could finish she rudly interrupted me that she knows what she's doing and to let her do her job. So I walked away. But again she kept arranging my parents to just hold the baby but move their faces away. I said we're here for a family photo what are you doing? Only then she paused and said we would have to come back because she now wants to have lunch. I said we were told to come after 2 and it's after 2. Nope. Come back in 30 min cause she wants lunch. She was incredibly unprofessional and we just left. Worst experience I have had in a very long time.

The lady who was taking the pics doesn’t even know how to hold the camera lol! The whole place looks so nasty and the lady was so rude. Highly suggest you to avoid this place. I asked to send a email copy of the raw photo and she gave a quote of $45 for a single passport photo.Doesn’t it sound funny? And the lady was so rude to all the customers.

These guys gave me one price for a combination of e-photo and hard copy, but then charged separate prices. Sketchy ..... rip off. Better to go to Shoppers Drug mart - they do passport photos too at Great Lakes drive and Bovaird in Brampton.

I was not able to find a place that clicked confident and correct passport photos for baby until I landed here and yes it was smooth and bang on point in the very first try. Also normal places they'll ask to hold baby in air for the pic really scary thing but they had a better way to do it so additional thumbs up for the same.

They charge 16 dollars for passport photos. Get it done for way less elsewhere. The passport office refused my photos and the wouldnt redo them for free. Charges me twice. 32 dollars for passport photos...never again.

I went to done for my real estate photos. Lady made it.very unprofessional .my printer said this photo is not high resolution & not matching criteria .I went back ,lady not ready to listen my complaints. I highly recommend, not go there.

My husband went for the ppassport photo of our daughter, the lady showed it to my husbabd and after his approval she printed it . When he showed me the printed photo i didn't like it and i called the lady to click the photo again she said the price is for 1 printing photo and i should be charge again for the new photo. But after my request she said i can bring back my daughter and exchange another photo free of charge. Good customer service. ????

I would give big fat zero star if i could. She took a blurry picture and refused to print it again. Paid 55 for 3 sets. Lady is just ripping people off, theres a another studio which does better job half the price. Never going back there again and will inform all my friends to never go there too. Really bad experience. Really bad quality, digital pictures are not even recognized by computer cuz its so grainy n poor quality. Dont recommend ever.

Poor quality of the picture, the colors are so grainy. I dont think the camera used is even from this era. I would personally never recommend them. Apart from the pathetic service, they are even charging more for the low quality.

Picture quality very poor. No lighting, its in an open large room and the quality of picture looks poor. Its not the proper photo studio with professional lighting.
