The service here in terms of photo quality is fine, but the customer service was not the best or friendliest. Especially the gentleman there cut me off a couple of times when I was trying to explain what I needed, which was impolite, and he was overall very cold. It seemed like he was either in a bad mood, it’s just his personality, or these trying times have been tough. The lady was a bit better I guess, but to be honest, the service was just brisk and business-like without much warmth or friendliness. Perhaps the pandemic situation has been hard on them and has dampened their spirits. Still, the quality of the photos is not bad. Not sure about their prices. Nonetheless, I hope things get better for such small businesses to brighten their mood.

Very disappointing service .They charged 45 dollar for one photo printout without soft copy. They didn't tell us upfront that we will not be getting a soft copy .And if we need in same resolution we have to pay again 45 dollar . We can do one hour photosection if paying 100 dollar .

Okay so this guy used to give 2 passport size photographs for 10$. But today i went and suddenly he increased the price 50% that is 15$. I mean whats the use of coming to such place if its not cheap. I would give 18$ to staples instead. So owner if you are reading you will loose business by increasing the price for no reason and that to by 50%. Regards:- babbu mann khant wala

Went to get a Picture for PR application, front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional. They don't offer any retake and will say the the picture is okay and will try their best to prevent any rework. Also, I emailed then few days after that i need the pictures in PDF format and they never responded. Overall, the worst place you could go to and even the pricing is not good. Instead go to a better place like staples or any other store where the staff is more professional and accommodating. Also, they will try their best to remove the review.
