There is so much to say about BabyStudio.ca!! From my initial inquiry to the recieving my photos the process was seamless. Communication was quick, polite, and friendly. Upon arrival at our appointment she spent the time to consult on dresses, props, accessories. Shooting was quick and efficient, she knew how to set us up/pose us. We recieved our photos when she promised and we ABSOLUTELY love them!! This is a long overdue review for Baby Studio and Sapna. As a first time mom, i was so excited to get those beautiful pictures of my little one; I came across Baby Studio and fell in love with photography style. Sapna photographed my little one back in October 2020. She was incredibly patient, professional and followed safety protocols to keep everybody safe. She also catered to the styles and poses i wanted to the best of her ability. Though covid lockdown this year ruined our 6 months milestone plans, i will be doing a cake smash session for my little one with Sapna. If you like her style of photography, i would highly recommend her. I would also like to add Baby Studio's charges are budget friendly for anyone that can't shell out $500+ for a session.

We recently had our baby /family photoshoot and we absolutely loved our experience. The final pictures were so great. I am glad to have found her. Sapna is very nice with kids. I was nervous abt my shy toddler. But Sapna made him feel so comfortable. My toddler posed happily. Right one day before the scheduled session, my toddler had eye allergies and she was quickly able to reschedule my session without any hassle. Thank you Sapna. We will surely come back again.

Stumbled upon this on fb while I was looking for a cakesmash for my son. Sapna is just amazing. She was quick to respond to all my query and the whole session was smooth sailing. She is easy to get along with, didnt even feel like I met her for the first time. The quality of the photos are amazing. We got so many compliments for the photos and I am so thankful to be able to do this session even during this lock down. She maintained all the necessary protocols. She has a variety of options for the shoot and it was a little overwhelming initially but she suggested on asking and trust me I was so glad we did that. Wonderful experience with Sapna! During this time of covid-19, Sapna took precautionary measures wearing a mask and shield, checking our temperature, using sanitizer, etc. We have two kids under three years old so this just made us feel safer and comfortable taking photos! She took her time with us and had props to keep the little ones entertained! She responds to messages instantly and edits quickly! We got cake smash and family photos done during the same shoot which was just perfect! She really took her time with us and got a variety of shots in! After looking for a photographer in the area, I’ve noticed how plenty of them don’t have huge portfolios online, or just the same shots in different angles repeatedly. It didn’t help that many of them required you to buy these silly packages or “add-ons” that made no sense. Don’t get me started on response times. After a little digging on Google, just like you who is reading this review, I came upon Babystudio.ca. I’ll sum what I thought about the studio in one word: breathtaking! I've worked with a few photographers before, but hands down Sapna takes the cake for professionalism. She's very friendly, easy person to talk to. Once you get to her studio, you'll feel immediately comfortable around her presence. She has an eye for catching good detail quickly too! You won't even feel rushed with her, and this is me talking about Sapna herself. Her photographs once we received them made my whole family jaws drop! Everyone was wondering where we took such high quality photos. Not only are they high quality, her eye for detail was so keen, she already knew everybody’s best sides and features within 15 minutes. That’s how you can tell the difference between an amateur vs a professional. She studied us, worked with outfits to find out what would suit best, let us use our props, there’s just too much to go on about how marvelous this experience was. Her quality of work is par excellence in all the aspects. She provided us with the pictures on the promised date and all our family and friends are loving her work already. She uses such cute props and beautiful backdrops. You even get to choose from the various options of family portrait backgrounds and color schemes for babies props. You can choose these well in advance which is very helpful in planning your attires accordingly and in time. Nonetheless, she gives her honest inputs in finalizing your and babies attires as well. Sapna was incredible to work with! She was polite, kind, personable, and very accommodating. I booked a Newborn session in my third trimester, but due to medical complications in my pregnancy I had to be induced and have my baby early. Sapna was understanding and re-booked our shoot. On top of that, my son and I were hospitalized for about a week due to complications from labour and we had to re-book our shoot once again. Sapna was super accommodating and understanding of our circumstances and we were thrilled she was able to fit us in. We loved that her studio was in her house and that she's a mother herself as that made us feel so much more comfortable so when our son started to fuss because he was hungry she let us stay a bit longer to feed him. The newborn session included some black and white shots, a few shots of us with the baby, and 4 different setups for baby. We got our photos about a week later and we are thrilled with them. Her prices are also really great for the value you get and in comparison to other photographers in the GTA. We will definitely be back for a cake smash session when baby turns 1!

My husband and I had a pregnancy photo session with Sapna in early November 2020. There were lots of props and dresses to choose from, and Sapna was kind and patient when I couldn't decide on what I wanted right away. Under her direction, we felt at ease as soon as the session started. She definitely knows what she is doing! She also had all the safety measures in place due to covid-19 (face shield, gloves, sanitizers... etc.) I also want to mention that Sapna responds to all emails/messages promptly, and we got our photos on the exact date promised. The only thing I would change is some more family pictures near the end, and also I really wanted a Simba/Lion King pose but it seemed like the photographer did not want to do that pose :( Overall great experience though. :)

This was the third time taking pictures with Sapna and we are always so thrilled with her work. It took a lot of effort to get pictures of my active 3 year old alongside my 2 month old daughter, but Sapna did her best and captured beautiful shots of them. I had no input in the shoot or the pictures that were sent to me. Most pictures were the same pose. I felt rushed and my experience was not what I wanted it to be. I wanted some specific poses and was told I needed to pay for another session. Better to go to a commercial studio and not residential one since there both expensive. Not recommended.

The whole experience was so beautiful! Sapna made me feel so beautiful and confident from the time my family and I walked in. The photos are so beautiful , which is definitely because of her experience and love for what she does. Her attention to detail was awesome..... Sapna is an amazing photographer! I purchased the 1 year milestone. It seems a lot, but I really want to capture my first baby's growth every month. We had contacted babystudio for a newborn photoshoot based on other reviews we had read and we were definitely not disappointed. The service we received, the quality of work, and the patience to work with a newborn and still be able to capture perfect images was amazing. Babystudio was more then willing to work with us to have some of our own ideas come to life and was also able to capture very similar images that we had referenced from other shoots for our own. We are very pleased with the end results and also very quick turnaround time from when we did our shoot to when we received our pictures. The time-line was exactly what was told to us. Throughout the whole shoot, our newborns safety and comfort was always put first. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Also, like others have mentioned we were extremely pleased with the amount of photos we received (60 + 3) whereas other photographers would provide less then 10 and charge a huge premium for anything more then that.
