ABCi were wonderful as both our photographers and videographers for our wedding! They gave us a much more affordable package then anything else we found in the market. Shafiq and Yusuf (our primary photographers and videographers) took personal care not only with our photos and videos but also just lent a helping hand wherever needed to coordinate pictures during the wedding. We didn't have to worry even for a second that something wasn't being captured the way we wanted it to. Our highlights video and pictures blew us away with how well edited they were. We felt like we got to relive our wedding again given how well everything was put together. Thank you ABCi for capturing one of the most important events of our lives with so much thought, care, and professionalism!

The best part about our wedding was having ABCi Studios as our videographers. We enjoyed spending time and collaborating with Shafiq along with his team members during our pre-wedding and wedding festivities. Not to mention the amazing same day edit video. We can't get enough of it!!! Definitely one of the best decisions we've made about our wedding. We hope to see more amazing videos and work from ABCi in the future!

First of all. Our highlights were posted without even having it shown to us. I found out from a family friend that they were posted and the world probably saw it before I did. When I reached out to them, they had no idea of anything and no explanation as to what happened. Secondly, our name we're spelt incorrectly on our video cases. When they had the correct spelling, which means their work is just rushed. We sent them and email as to what we wanted our highlight song to be but to be fair we had changed out mind a couple days later but STILL they didn't pay attention to our most recent email even after me sending a follow-up email for them to keep in mind which song we wanted. After receiving the video we advised that of the parts that needed editing as their we're random technical glitches in the scene changes that needed fixing. It is now 10 months after our wedding had passed and we STILL do not have our final video with all the fixes after following up with them three times. Not to mention we never even got an apology from this team about ANYTHING that has gone wrong. If you're looking to find someone withing budget these guys are your guys but trust me, you get what you pay for. These guys only care about the lavish weddings that have a lot more than the average wedding ..that's when they'll put in their best work.

Trying to keep this as short as possible but this is tough because so much happened. Hired them for two days, cancelled one day due to a death in the family, they were understanding about that. Also, because it was a Monday event. For my nikah day, the footage for one of the cameras was lost. After sending a lot of emails, they informed me of the lost footage and promised a full refund. Months went by, I did not see sight of my movie and when I received it, it was very poorly edited. I requested the corrections to be made and asked that the highlights should be made since it is part of the contract. This is where the trouble started. They believed that offering a refund justifies the loss. After weeks of exchanging emails, I was frustrated. My emails were rude (no cussing though) and I updated a status on my private social media about contacting a lawyer. After two years, I finally got an appointment with the studio to watch my edited video. I asked them to fix the highlights because this is not what I requested when I booked them. This is when my status was used against me and $1,000 of the refund should be retained if I want the corrections to be made. By that time, I was so frustrated and wanted to get it over with. I agreed to the terms. Bottom line, no concept of customer service, intimidating your client? And making them feel bad about speaking ill about their studio because you screwed up to begin with. I understand it was not intentional, but the issue was how it was handled. The response I got to that was; “this is not a customer service-oriented industry.” Lol. My review would have been different if this was handled with a little empathy. keeping in mind that losing half the footage does not give me the product I was promised. You’re missing the POV of one camera no matter how you edit it, the product won’t be the same. To explain to me that you still had to pay for labour even though you promised the refund. Retained half the refund money and spending an hour more on my highlights and delivering it ten minutes drive away, does not make amends to everything. And then asking me to delete the review on my social media. They fail to put themselves in your shoes. It was my wedding, I think we lost the most? But they worried too much about themselves and the image of the studio. Unbelievable. I don’t think I’ve dealt with anyone like this.

When COVID-19 hit no one was prepared for it. We had so many vendors who did not help the situation, and who were worried about money rather than their obligation for our wedding. ABCI is different, they value their commitment to their clients, and are a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The owner personally came for our wedding which was in the United States during COVID, because other staff members did not feel comfortable travelling. While everyone else backed away from their commitment, ABCI stepped up the plate, and helped coordinate above and beyond for what the contract stated. ABCI was initially hired to just do videography, but ABCI offered to fill the void in photography as well due to our photographer not being able to make it. If you want someone you can count on to not only deliver a quality product, but also put the client first, than ABCI is who you should hire.

The owner acts unprofessional and has a huge chip on the shoulder. Passes comments on your things and details that he has no business with. They will not do what you want and constantly try to prove that they know what they are doing and to not to tell them how to do there job. Provide a good a service and listen to your client. No more, no less. **NOT RECOMMENDED**

WOW. Our wedding photography and video couldn't have turned out any better. They are professional and informative and will help you bring your vision to life. Shafiq and Zaka were very resourceful when looking for eshoot locations and were great with helping this very awkward couple into natural-looking poses. They were understanding and patient with less-abled individuals as well. Finally, they took our feedback into consideration and tweaked the final product to make it just right. I highly recommend Abcistudios for your photography and videography needs.

This was our first time going with ABCI studios and our family is absolutely floored and impressed by how amazing the wedding video came out. Our family was looking for a professional videographer who can capture the essence of our wedding events. Due to covid, we were restricted to one event which was the marriage ceremony. Shafiq used his creativity to give the video such elegance that it never felt like something was amiss. Even with the limited footage/events, the entire video was editted and made beautifully. We are in awe and words cannot describe how happy we are. Shafiq is an honest, professional, responsive and friendly person! He was extremely accommodating and helped build a more creative look into our videos. It was an absolute pleasure to work with ABCI and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

ABCi team is INCREDIBLE!!!! We hired ABCi for videography for our wedding!!And it was one of the BEST decisions we have made. Trust me when I say that we went to all the top and mid range videographers and none of them had what we wanted. They were the typical Indian "filmy" type wedding videos. ABCi was the only one that showed us their previous work of what exactly we were looking for! Each and everyone we interacted with at ABCi were amazing!! Starting from Zak for our preliminary meetings, then working with Shafiq for our concept shoot and wedding day as well as Gagan!! They are so creative and a fun group!! they made us feel so comfortable, we were very nervous as we haven't done anything like this before! They guided us through it! When we watched our NDE during our reception, we had chills, we couldn't believed what we say, it was like a movie trailer! The most amazing surprise was that they incorporated my husbands speech into the video, we couldn't even believe it! We didn't even ask for it and they made it happen, it went with our video soooo welll!!! I would definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends they are simply the best!!!! I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Shafiq and Zaka for my August wedding this year. They are THE MOST professional, kind and talented team that I could ever have asked for. From the time that we booked them, to receiving the end product - they were always happy to help with any questions or concerns. They have really good ideas and suggestions and worked with us the whole way - even when an unexpected rainy day almost ruined our e-shoot, they showed up on time and captured all our fairytale moments (despite the rain!). They captured my mehndi and receptions days with such grace and elegance. Shafiq has an eye for cinematography and the end product made me feel like I was watching a Bollywood movie. It truly brought tears to everyone's eyes and I am so happy that I can celebrate my wedding with these photos and video forever. Thank you so much to Shafiq and Zak and the ABCI team for making the best film ever! I literally watch it on repeat every single day and I'm in awe at the talent and care that they made our film with. Everything from the song choices, to the angles, to the moments captured were absolutely perfect. The pictures and videos from the mehndi as well were flawless (most times I've seen photographers unable to take clear dancing shots or the facial expressions look funny, but the ABCI team took FLAWLESS pictures of everything!). All I can say is, I would recommend ABCI to anyone and everyone and I could not have asked for a better team to capture my special days.

Abci are the most hardworking team to work with!! So genuine and extremely patient. Thank you zak, shafiq, pascal and Paul for covering our wedding. I was a stressed out bride but they were honestly the only vendors I didn’t have to worry about. I would highly recommend them!! They’re amazing at their work, fast at responding and will get the job done even better than your expectations!! I received a thousand compliments on our e shoot as that was a very specific video we had requested but they’d gone above and beyond as always. I originally got my wedding video done from another company and was BEYOND disappointed with their customer service, the timeline to receive the final product and most of all, the final product itself. I then contacted Zak to see what he could do and he was super helpful!!! He went out of his way to redo my whole video (I had gotten all the raw footage from the other company) and even made me an amazing highlights trailer for me. Everything was how I wanted since day one and I didn't have to guide him to do anything - I simply told him what I wanted and he did exactly that. ABCi is well-versed in their field and will get you everything in a timely matter. I couldn't be more grateful for everything they've done for us! Definitely would recommend!!!!!

Pictures were super dark… no editing done to blur or make pictures better. The video camera was kept at one place .. all you see is guest heads on dance floor .. paid about 12-13 k and we don’t even have Any good pictures from the wedding. Not sure if they needed a better camera person or just didn’t spend time on editing properly. Just really disappointed. Otherwise amazing customer service and people but we cared mostly for the pictures.

Shafiq & Nishaan were outstanding to work with. They did a tremendous job capturing our Mexico wedding. Despite the crazy schedule, long hours, and insane heat, they were both extremely patient and very easy to work with - a huge reason why the both of us felt very calm and relaxed during our big moments. The next day edit was sensational, and received a ton of praise from all of our family and friends. Very excited to see how the finished product end ups. Highly recommend these guys.

What a horrible experience on my special day. So unprofessional. One of the guys came to shoot one of my pre events at the house and had no experience. He shot the whole video super zoomed up that all of the family members cut out of the picture. The guy that made the video did not know how to speak up which is why the bride was doing all the talking while the maiyyan is going on. Then after the wedding ceremony, one of the videographers went to the wrong house and missed allll of the important footage that needed to be captured and instead we only ended up with pictures instead which was a hugee disappointment. I will never get those moments back. Zak and his crew, appears like they put in thier 100% with lavish weddings only. I would never recommend these people to anyone. Please dont waste your money.

They were quick with editing my video as well. The video was edited beautifully. Yusuf was the photographer for my wedding and he was really good too.
