We went with the daunting challenge of photographing an newborn for a passport. We met with a capable, patient, well-informed employee. After this experience, we decided to always go there first for such photos. Though we may not encounter that employee again, she certainly did a fine job for us.

I often look and sound angry when I have a headache despite best attempts. Had a bad headache but kids needed pictures printed for school project. Lady was very polite and helpful even though I'm sure I came off as upset. They provide a good and necessary service. Top marks.

Very good service received here for taking passport photos, and they gave me a guarantee that if the photos are not accepted, bring back the receipt and they’d try again.

We had to wait for almost 45 minutes past our appointment time to be seen, the photographer wouldn't change the backround for us when we asked all they would allow us to use is a black backround. We weren't told they don't do prints anymore so we paid $145 for nothing and the pictures weren't even good as the photographer was a high school student and had no idea what she was even doing. When we called and complained we were told that it's to bad and to go else where next time if we didn't like it, when we asked to speak to a manager they asked for our call was never returned. Will not be returning and have told others to stop spending their money here

Giving three stars because of previous service received there. Last time I went, the one clerk was extremely rude and impatient with me. The younger worker was trying very hard to be helpful. I was told to go elsewhere where they would have better equipment. So I did!

Quality isn't the greatest but the prices are great. As long as you make sure to edit your photos before you print them they usually turn out not bad. Love you can order online and they are pretty fast.

Dream pizza somebody woke me up ended the dream crust and sauce was top notch i am sure if a basic ham pineapple pizza was what i ordered would have been much better but as far as fetta shrip tomato i will say toppings was a fail fetta was close to nothing 9 shrimp with a strange batter and 9 pieces of tomato was not impressed

Absolutely horrible! Never again. Walmart photo center offers express magnets that states they would be ready for pickup the following day from ordering! My 3 year old daughter passed away 3 years ago - so I got made special memorial magnets for family as Christmas presents! I placed my order on December 11th! Got the email stating ready for pickup, I go into my local Walmart and they tell me they have absolutely no magnets whatsoever to even print everyone's orders. So the company took everyone's money and proceeded to act as though they were processing them, while they didn't even have the actual magnets in stock! Now, Its Christmas day and I have not received a call for pickup! I'm going to be contacting head office after the holidays as I will be requesting a full refund and my magnets! From now on Vistaprint or zazzle.ca has my business!

Ordered 21 5 by 7 photos TWICE and had each batch come out as an 8 by 6 photo with a half inch border. Walmart wouldn’t do anything about it. Complete garbage

I ordered over 250 photos and they turned out awful. Most of them are scratched, are not centered, and vary from having 1 white border to having 3 white borders. This also resulted in part of the pictures being cut off. Terrible quality photos.

After having just been married and organizing many photographs into appreciation gifts, the self serve machines at our local Wal-Mart have had signs on them through most of the summer saying out of order-all four of them. I was told by the assistant store manager that it isn't their issue... it is a Kodak issue. It would be pointless to consider Wal-Mart in any future photographic services. We went to London Drugs and their service was exemplary in handling all of our wedding memories. We won't be going anywhere else in the future.

I just had a very unsettling experience today at this Walmart! The staff is always kind and helpful, but today there was an assistant manager who clearly didn’t know the law surrounding the mandatory wearing of masks. I have an adult son who’s handicapped and is exempt from wearing the mask, but he basically kicked us out saying that unless we had a doctors note, he couldn’t shop there. I kept repeating that he was wrong and the law was clear on the subject and we didn’t need a doctor’s note, he insisted that he knew the law. Which is really what I found the most disturbing about this whole thing! If he had bothered to check the laws he’s supposed to enforce in the store he’s managing, he would’ve known that what I was saying was true. A random customer who claimed that she knew the law because she works at a hospital backed up the manager and I had no choice but to leave. It’s not my style to cause trouble, but it’s not the last time I go to this store with my son, so I decided to call the cops. And they were very kind and calm and explained the law to the manager and we were able to go do our shopping. It’s very difficult to constantly have to fight on these kind of issues! I’m not against the wearing of masks! I wear them willingly myself! But my son is unable to and the law provides for him to be able to go to public places despite his limitations! I hope more managers and staff in all public places are better informed in the future!
