The staff is pretty knowledgable and friendly. The store isn't huge so it doesn't have the selection of a place like Best Buy but it still has quite a bit of selection.

Associate Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with when finding a deal and fit right for me. He perfectly executed setting up my Bell internet and phone services and on top of it all, had a great sense of humour and respect towards others. I’ll definitely continue to use this Source store as my primary stop and shop for all my electronics needs. I am very pleased with the protocols that have been put into place during the pandemic, and how the staff explain exactly what is expected of customers during their visit to the store. As a retail worker myself I know things have been particularly difficult lately and the Source team made my shopping experience very easy! Kyle was more than happy to assist me, taking his time to demonstrate each product to me as I was unable to touch the displays myself due to safety protocols. Overall my experince was excellent, and I will for sure be back for any of my future tech needs.

The Source was running a very enticing promotion: sign up with Bell Fibe 500 internet for $45/mo and get a free $50 Source gift card. What they neglected to tell me was that it takes 8weeks/60days after the installation to actually receive this gift card. I understand they want to make sure people don't just sign up then cancel their subscription for a free $50, however this is something that was not communicated to me at all during this process. When I phoned The Source directly to inquire, they lady on the phone had said they receive multiple calls with the same concern. Tell your customers what to expect!!

So... all I can say is that Kyle Andrew's from the Belleville Source in the Quinte Mall realllllllly made me believe again that The Source still had the customers best interest at heart. I used to work at the Cobourg location under Robert Hynes and we had a staff that cared, that we're committed and hard working. We did what's right. That's what Kyle did for me out of Belleville that Cobourg strait up refused to do for me in Cobourg. I became a new activation under Bell, recieved a $350 in store credit and spent $300 of that in store that day. Kyle set me up with an amazing rate plan accommodating all of my data needs. I am sincerely thankful that I drove all the way to Belleville to deal with Kyle because if it wasn't for him, I would have never dealt with the source again. So thank you Kyle, sincerely. For everything.

I am severely please to see all of the health and safety precautions that this location has been using during this pandemic! Each customer is greeted at the door with a smile and a quick screening process to ensure the safety of staff and fellow customers. Not to mention the awesome curb-side pickup option that they have been offering! If you ever need friendly and knowledgeable service on an item for yourself or a gift for a friend, ask for Rob! He will give you the best information and customer experience hands down!

I spoke with George on the phone and went into the store to see him and he was not helpful at all!! I drove 45 minutes to the store all for him to tell me that they did not have the part that I needed. He told me to go home and call him and be would tell me what type of optical converter I would need. I drove all the way home, call back, all for another employee to inform me that they DID have what I needed!!! After 2 trips to Belleville I'm sure as heck not driving there again to get it so now I have no choice but to order it online and wait for it to come in. NOT impressed!!!!

Terrible customer service. I'm a senior and due to Covid concerns I only shop where I can get curbside pickup, which the Source claimed to offer. When I arrived I parked in a space reserved for curbside pickup and called the store. Was told that they were busy but would get to me when able. After waiting for 35 minutes I called the store again (twice) and got voicemail. I presumed that they had forgotten me or neglected to note my order number, so I very reluctantly entered the mall, and stood by the exit door at the store. When the manager asked what I wanted I explained that I had been waiting for curbside pickup in the car park for 35 minutes and wanted to pick up my order, to which he replied that I would have to wait a bit longer. When he finished with the customer he was dealing with I asked him to bring me my order, and he demanded that I get in line behind several other customers. Apparently completely clueless as to what is meant by "curbside pickup" and why it might be important for some of us that we not congregate in a crowded mall. So be aware, in spite of their advertising they do not offer curbside pickup. And of course it cost them a guaranteed sale.

He was extremely helpful in getting me exactly what I was looking for, answered all questions I had, and found me a great deal! I went to The Source at the Quinte Mall in Belleville to look at phones. I had Amber help me. I could not decide between the Iphone and the Samsung Galaxy. Amber was extremely helpful to me and is very knowledgeable in their products. She exceeded my expectations and gave great customer service! something that customers don't seem to receive anymore. I did not get anything the first day and came back the next day and Amber again helped me. I will return to the Belleville store for anything that I may need in the future!

do to medical exemption from wearing a mask I felt as if I was a criminal entering the place. Told where to stand, the establishment closed its doors and would not let anyone in. To treat people that way is shameful.
