I got my son’s school pictures done by picture perfect photography and he has booger’s coming out of his nose. That’s the first thing i noticed when i saw the pics. I paid $75 for the package the least they could of done was wipe his nose really quick or asked the teacher too. ????????‍♀️

My daughter had softball opening day today in Kearny and the woman who took the girls pictures was very nasty and had zero patience. Here’s a tip, next time you send someone to deal with small kids , send someone who has a half decent personality and doesn’t hate her life. I’m mad that I even spent money on these pictures. I won’t make the same mistake again and I’ll make sure the recreation department knows how nasty this woman was. We need a new photo company next year!!

I've called for two days wth no reply. The class picture for second grade school 10 is a blurry, out of focus mess and it's very unprofessional. Had I known this is how they take pictures I wouldn't have paid a dime.

This is the worst picture I have ever seen in my entire life. It is pathetic. Its blurry and some names aren't capitalized. They used these picture people at my daughters school for their school pictures. If I could give zero stars I would. All I ordered was the class picture it's the size of a postcard. It looks like it was printed at home. I am completely disgusted. Dont ever use this company for anything.

My son finished his first year of tball in Bloomfield. I was excited to receive his first baseball pics. However, I’m beyond disappointed. The picture is terrible. This is a professional photography company you would think they would position the kid and make them look decent. I was there when the pic was taken. And staff was rude and and in a major rush! My child looks like they have no neck in the pic. The pic I took standing behind them was a thousand percent better. The pictures were not cheap and yet it was a complete waste of money bc Id never hand these pics out to my family and friends. Pic is awful. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they presented themselves on picture day as well as how the end result looks. I even tried to fix my kid right before the pic was taken and the lady said don’t worry about it. RUDE. My child is 6 and it’s his first year, it’s your job as the photographer to position him and make him look great! I wish I never wasted my money on them. Find another place done waste your money here. They want money over a happy customer!

I called them three times to mail a team photo that got lost in the Nutley parks and rec. One team photo (which didn't even have the whole team in it) costs 19.00 and at this price should've included mailing! If you can get the whole team photo on the field, by all means do it, rather than go through all the enormous hassle of getting these people to send your one costly photo! The parks and rec people didn't even assist in contacting the photographer for this mess-up, so if something similar happens to anyone, you're on your own!

I took my daughter to have our pictures taken and we had a wonderful experience. Deanna made me look like a super model and she gave my daughter some beautiful curls. We got to dress up and feel beautiful. Lisa made us feel very comfortable and posed us in the most flattering way. I will definitely be back to enjoy another pampering experience. It was wonderful to have this moment captured for all time.
