Ryan Gonsalves deserves a raise, he did a very swell job taking my family photos and was able to take them effectively and swiftly, he was also very personable and funny. After he told us his salary we were quite disappointed with Life-touch Canada, Please Life-touch give him the salary he deserves.

I ordered digital pictures from the website figuring I will get the pictures in a matter of days because I wanted to print them and send them abroad to the family, but NO - it takes 2 weeks to get two digital pictures in your email!!! And that's for the price of $10/picture!!! Never again.

Really disappointed. The photographer didn't take the time to make sure my child's hair was in place and wouldn't allow her to fix it. Was more concerned about the grad ribbon showing then my child.

It was easy to book my appointment and the staff was very friendly when I arrived. Extreme meticulous protocols were in place for COVID (really felt safe). There was no option to include a cap with the graduation gown (assuming COVID safety). Great service!
