Rob was very accommodating and knowledgeable from day one. I dropped off some old 8mm and VHS cassettes, to be transferred to digital files on USB. Our family couldn’t be more happy with the results, and the work was even completed before our projected completion date! Very professional and knowledgeable. The service was extremely quick. The conversions worked exactly like I expected and Rob's suggestions were welcome because you could tell he knew what he was talking about. If I need anymore conversions, I know I will return here. My mother recently passed and these were the only tapes we had and Rob treated them and me with the utmost respect. 6 stars...if I could.
