Gillian is an introvert's best friend when it comes to photography! Like many people I hate having my photos taken and Studio Lumen really helps you feel at ease and knowing that your unique personality will come across in the photos. I worked closely with Gillian on the style/mood for my personal brand session and on top of loving the final results, I actually enjoyed the shoot too. If I could take Gillian with me on location everytime I need photos, I wouldn't hesitate for a second.

He answered all of our questions, gave us an approximate timeline, and has lost of extra services available. (I.e. printing, albums, etc) Day of, they were professional, knowledgeable, and really helped us relax, even though both of us can be a bit awkward when getting photos taken. They were so much fun to work with and I think that really shows in the quality of our photos. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any of their photography needs. Taking pictures is incredibly low on my list of things I would like to be doing with my time, but the Studio Lumen team was able to create a loose atmosphere and get through my headshots very quickly. We had the privilege to work with the amazing Jean-Marc and Gillian for our wedding and we had an absolute blast. We always had prompt replies to emails and questions, and it was easy to see from the start (our first meeting) that they both love photography and wished to help make our wedding photography exactly what we wanted it to be. They were so much fun to be around that there was no awkwardness during the photo taking and their personalities were so bright and energetic. They also handled the kids and family very well, so that the many many family photos that we had to do were done in a flash. They gave us many options of key shots so that we could pick exactly which position or expression we liked best.
