Whether you are new to yoga and looking to break a sweat, or you have been practicing for 10+ years and want to relax with some yin - this studio has something for everyone. The instructors, the classes & the view of Cascade mountain can't be beat!

This studio has stunning views to outside and an energetic feeling inside. I can truly come to land on my mat in this space. The wide range of classes on the daily schedule means I can always find a practice for what my body needs.

The studio is inclusive, welcoming and safe, not to mention has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and a gorgeous collection of plants, both of which ground you during your practice. I love practicing at Flow State and vibing with the energy of the studio and the upbeat playlists.

After about a year off of the yoga mat, I am super excited to be practicing at this beautiful new studio. Flow State has been incredibly accommodating with my chronic knee injury and the staff always offer advice and modifications during the practice to make me more comfortable. The studio is absolutely beautiful, the teachers are knowledgeable, inviting and supportive and there's such an amazing variety of classes that suit all vibes, skill levels and levels of intensity. I recommend the Hip Hop Power class :) If I could give 6 stars I would. I am looking forward to continuing my practice with the Flow State community!
