Came in here to get a passport photo, and was planning on driving in to a passport agency right after getting the photos. The photos cost me 17 dollars, and then I was told I can pick them up in an hour and a half, this was after they had already taken my money. Since I was already tight on time, I left, and decided to see if Walmart does passport photos, sure enough they do, it cost 9 dollars, and they gave me the photos within 5 minutes. This allowed me to actually have time to submit my passport application later that day. I'm sure that winter photography has nice prints and such, but to have to wait that long for some passport photos is abysmal. Definitely do not recommend, as it's expensive and a waste of time.

Great local photography shop. Custom frames, retail frames, photo printing and custom photo items available. In store computers available for printing from usbs, etc. Would love to use their services more, especially photo Christmas cards, but the prices are more than what one can find online. Jennifer, the owner, and staff are always friendly and helpful.

What an awesome place!! Highly recommend these guys. They went above and beyond to help make getting my newborn's passport pocs as smooth as possible. The one staff member was extra helpful and understanding with helping me keep my 2 yr old entertained while the other staff member worked hard to get the best photo of my 1 month old. Will only go back here in the future! Awesome customer service. Thanks again guys!

Amazing customer service. Received my passport photo in less than 4 hours and the quality was exceptional. When I went to get my passport the service agent raved about them as well and knew exactly who they were. That's a good sign.

yes it is good quality products some of it is reasonable. But dont like when someone is trying to sell me on bs , it was good last time but now its changed . Still enjoy printing photos there because u get good quantity for good price but that is all . well not be returning to this location.

Jen and her family have been very helpful every time I have gone into the store. I needed some signs made for our local business and the final product was exactly what I needed. The turn around time was fast and the price was very affordable. I would highly recommend this store to anyone

Very disappointed. Got passport photos done and they got rejected because they had no stamp or date on them. I need my passport done at a foreign embassy where you can apply by appointment only. Cost me 2 days at work now, don't even want to mention the $ amount it cost me. I came back in and the guy stamped the photo but no apology at all. Not even a simple sorry when I told him that I lost 2 days of income because of it now. Bad customer service.

I walked in for infant passport photos. With not a sole in the store... I asked if they could do them... they told me I had to book an appointment... I explained I live an hour from town and no help!!! I will NEVER be back because the 2 people standing around picking their nose couldn’t be bothered to go out of their way to set up the picture equipment. I would rather drive to Red Deer than give these people my business. If there was a zero star option they would get it. NO customer service.

Jennifer and crew do a phenomenal job. They did a large project for us involving both taking pictures of properties local and that they had to travel for, printing large scale pictures and custom framing to display in our office. Worth every penny.

Jennifer & Scott made my day! I had a picture for my brother-in-law's 65th birthday gift that needed some punch to showcase it. They helped me select the right color and cut the mat right away when I explained it was an 11th hour situation. The result looks fabulous!
