I did the free intro class and the couch to CrossFit program with Liz and she helped me feel so capable and not anxious about trying out something new and was able to jump right into regular classes. Liz is so attentive and understanding when it comes to injuries or chronic health problems and always checks in before I even realize I might need to adjust an activity. She had built a very special community at Bow Valley CrossFit.
