Tushar is the bomb! We had a family photo session with our very rambunctious crew of 5 kids (and somewhat less ranbunctious 2 adults) and the results were fabulous! We've gotten tons of family photos done over the years at the portrait studio, and it's consistently been great results.

Only offer digital photos, no longer offer print outs for photo shoots, and pushed my son to do more pictures when he was done. Honestly disappointed as about a year and a half ago we were camping in Orillia and found the bear so kids got free photo shoot and got 6-8 good size print out pictures plus all digitals for the same price as they are charging now for just all digitals

Quick service with a 15 min wait for the passport pics to process. Quite expensive through compared to other places like shoppers with passports pics costing $25.19 after taxes. Definitely go somewhere else for those.

This online services made us waste our time by scheduling an appointment at 5 pm on Saturday, when closed. Even so, it generates a confirmation message. When I called the studio the person I talked to said that is a "little" issue of the online service. So, be prepared for little issues like this...

I went in a total of 2 times the first time the computer didn't take my pictures and she took them 4 times. This is a walk in center so I went in the next Monday and she was very attentive with a client but no one knew I was there for a good 15 mintues. I took my business else where.

I had passport photos taken here today for an international driver's permit. I was shocked when saw them - they were aweful. I was even more shocked when I was asked to pay nearly $32.00 for these. I recall getting passport photos here in 2015 for about $15.00. After a bit of complaining they honored the price match for staples and I got a $16.00 refund. I honestly thought this photo centre was part of Walmart - they have the same blue and yellow colour scheme. In any case if you want passport photos done, go elsehwere. I am told Walmart corporate will be offering passport photo service in their photo section very soon.

Amazing service! The lady that helped us (the manager) went above and beyond to make our experience as great as it could have been! Our 4 month old usually fusses when it comes to photos but she really liked the photographer and had blast during the shoot. All this to say I would definitely return and highly recommend this studio to anyone who needs pictures done.

We booked a time to get family portraits done. When we came back after a half hour to look at them, the first third had the children not smiling or looking at the camera, the next third had a bright flash over my husband's face, and the last third were two with eyes closed and showed the clips that hold the background up beside our heads. They tried to convince us the ones were fine with most of our eyes open. They offered to reshoot, which, if you have children in dress clothes with their hair done for X time, does not produce the same results as a child that has just ran around Walmart for a half hour. We chose to get photos elsewhere rather than redoing my children's hair in the Walmart washroom for our family portrait.

I PAID over $30 for two small pictures... I was fooled in this photo studio for the first time since I came from here. It was a very unpleasant experience! I don't know why there is this bed photo shop in Wal-Mart. Please Just go to Costco and take a picture. Less than half this price.

The employee (an Iranian woman who works at the counter) is ripping off all customers. I witnessed her ripping off several customers right in front of me today. She always overcharges between $15 to $35, lying about the price of products and services, and has many bait and switch techniques. Examples: Passport photo is $15. She told one lady that it was $15 for two, and $20 for 4, but when the customer took the picture and went to pay the employee said that printing two sets is $45. The customer didn't want to pay $45, she asked for just the one set for $15. But when she tried to pay with her credit card, she was charged $35, "because she will also receive a digital copy sent to her email). The next customers were a family who wanted to take a family photo. The wife was told that the picture is $30, but when the husband went to pay they were charged $45. The husband was not happy, but he paid anyways. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere after watching this disgraceful and shameful behaviour. This is completely unacceptable.

No more to add. (Original) Nous sommes allés ma conjointe et moi voir un spectacle hommage a journey avec le souper et la nuit et sans aucune hésitation je recommande ce type de forfait j'avais un petit doute concernant la nourriture mais ça éte notre coup de coeur à un nous deux et le lit dans la suite est tout simplement trop confortable et le personnel sur place est sur la coche. Pas d'autres chose à rajouter.

My wife and I both got our passport photos done. The cost was over $60. When we complained about the price, they said "Well we already took your picture". I feel like I have been scammed. Do not go here, go to Costco
