Really great prices. I don't live in Richmond hill. I ordered online and the service was great. They shipped everything by mail and I received everything intact. It was a very short turnaround time too. I got my package within a week. Well packaged too I might add. I would recommend going here again.

It’s easy to leave good, positive reviews when everything goes according to plan, but when things don’t go according to plan, that’s the true test of your character. I purchased a green muslin and light kit which included three lights, tripods, diffusers, muslin backdrop with crossbar and supporting tripods. One of the diffuser panels had a seam which was coming apart in one corner. When I mentioned it over email, they immediately offered to replace it with a new one no questions asked - and that is what customer service is about.

Daniel was polite and professional. He was "out of stock" on the green screen kits and they didn't come in by the time I needed them, but delays in shipping aren't his fault. He texted me as soon as they came in and we went out to Beaver Creek Rd. that evening. He opened up the boxed kit for me and allowed me to look at and feel all the equipment. Naturally I purchased the kit. What a great deal! When I got it home, I found the lights were easier to set up than other kits I've worked with that were 3x the price! The bulbs were exactly the same as the ones sold at Henry's for $70 each! My only complaint is with the muslin material of the green screen. It was a little too lightweight and I found did not hang nicely. Also I had to iron out the multiple folds. I prefer the "blanket-type" green screen which has no wrinkles and absorbs the light perfectly with no shadows or reflections. But I give this kit and my experience with Daniel five stars: excellent value for $$ spent!

The 3 point lighting kit is everything you need to make professional video at home. I use it for my online courses, the green screen quality is so great, I almost don’t need editing the footage after removing the background. The package is very convenient, it takes no place and the whole set fits into the bag (sold separetely but definitely worth it). I recently moved and had to pack and then unpack the whole thing, did all by myself without any trouble. Daniel was very helpfull and flexible, he knows a lot about his products and ways they can be used. Thanks for the tip about spraying water on the fabric to get rid of wrinkles, it works perfectly ! My own tip - to keep bulb boxes, if you have to move, they will help you to pack them safely, there are fragile. To sum up, I am more than satisfied with my online courses quality made with the 3 point kit and the green screen, if you look for the right equipment for a reasonable price, don’t look further: in Photo Video Studio they provide excellent service and sell good products. I found a listing for their lighting kit on kijiji and was able to purchase it from their retail location for the price listed online. The shop was a bit difficult to locate but definitely worth the effort. I'm not sure how they can undercut their competition so well in terms of price but, as a consumer it's great. Definitely check it out the staff seems very knowledgeable as well.
