Vraiment pas satisfaite avec les photos d'école. The school photos are awful, my goodness. These are the worst quality I've ever seen. I am not buying them.

This year, no package offered a good competitive price. Also the group photo was not included and the price for the 2 digital photo poses was ridiculously expensive for what it was (as if having 3 different backgrounds for 2 photos was really worth that price - 34 $!). The quality of the photos is quite nice and professional. Free delivery when delivered to school / daycare, choice of payment by check, debit or credit. I really wanted the photos this year because it is the graduation year otherwise I would not have paid so much. Should really offer better prices especially for digital photos you save material, time and travel. The delivery time for the printed photos is around 3 weeks to 1 month, which is quite long considering the price again. When it's digital it hardly takes 5 minutes. Je tenais vraiment aux photos cette année car c'est celle de la graduation autrement j'aurais pas payé autant. Faudrait vraiment offrir des meilleurs prix surtout pour les photos numériques vous économisez du matériel, du temps et déplacement. Le temps de livraison pour les photos imprimées est d'environ 3 semaines à 1 mois, qui est plutôt long considérant encore une fois le prix. Quand c'est numérique ça prend à peine 5 minutes.

The worst company ever. I ordered pictures from them . After waiting a month I contacted them and they had not even shipped them yet. They told me they would be shipping in another week or 2. What a joke! When I asked for a refund they told me to wait till I received them then mail them back to receive it. Worst customer service.

Possible to give no stars??? They put the wrong year on my daughter's photo (plus the punctuation they used was completely wrong), I ask them to fix it and send a new one - no worries, mistakes happen. Does it not take 4 MONTHS of going back and forth with these people (easily over a dozen emails), each correspondence they act like it's the first they've heard of the problem. I've heard "It's in the mail" for 4 MONTHS. In my last communication to them, they act like the mistake in print is my fault, and guess what..it's still not in the mail!!! Poor quality products, poor workmanship, TERRIBLE customer service. Never again and will definitely get their contract canceled with our daycare.

I thought I had order my childrens photos. When they didn't get sent home from the school. I was confused I know I had placed an order. It was too late to call so, i had to wait until Monday. Monday I called I was told they didn't process my order, and I would now have to pay 6.99 plus tax for shipping then I was hung up on. I wrote an email with the one screen shot saying I had paid and that they would be sent to the school free shipping. They replied back saying they couldn't find any order in my name or my childrens. That I would just have to make sure I keep clicking to make sure the confirmation window comes up. If the window doesn't pop up you have to keep placing new orders. I wrote one last email asking if I could have them rushed to me since I ordered Nov 14th the first time. I was told today I would have to wait 2-3 weeks and that the quoted date of Dec 25th isn't accurate. I'm really hoping my school doesn't use this company next year. I had to pay an extra $6.99 plus tax to get the photos I should had last Friday, but they most likey won't be here until the New Year. I wouldnt of re-ordered however my kids actually took a great photo this year! I'm just really disappointed!

Than you have to mail them the balance of pictures you dont want and WAIT 1 MONTH TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK....!!!! I am typically a very grateful person and always see the good side of things/people. However, I wish I could rate zero star for this studio. This is the third year my son had horrible photos. So it started from the photo day. We dressed him up. He was in his jacket, white shirt, a tie and kakhi pants -- typical formal school dressing. Today we got the photo order. One side of his jacket collar was up. The previous two years were similiar situation and this year I'm not gonna keep silent. I was just wondering how long it takes to flat the left side of his jacket collar. One second? Two seconds? They just wouldn't do it. I am truly disappointed by this and wish our school could go for another studio the next year. Never go with this studio because they were just looking for completing the task but not taking the great moment.

September photos ... for not 1 of our children, but BOTH! And 1 of them is ridiculously photogenic! Even the retakes were horrid. When you pay for a retouching service only to see that they don't do the entire face! The result: the untouched part (in this case, the nose), is several shades darker, and therefore the primary focal point. The photos look ridiculous and are not useable.

Super inconsistent printing, some of my photos have a line across the whole thing. Really not satisfied with this service. It's not a quality service it's a service where they pump out as much low quality stuff to make the most profit. Definitely not a real photo studio! I can borrow the grad cape and take the came pics, probably much better and you can get these pics developed for $4.00. I could also get the deluxe package printed for $12.00. But to charge $124? I would agree with a $50 to $60 fee. Something most people would be able to afford and more people would actually buy. In this situation, most parents will pass on this and take their own pics at the graduation. The students had to pay a $10 fee to the photographer on the day of the pics? which is all profit. Most parents will probably wait for their kids to graduate college or university to buy grad pics. We're using digital, not rolls of film anymore. No cost there. Ink and paper is the cheapest price it's ever been.

My kid's picture looks like a mug shot, and that's the best of the 4 poses. Since he is in junior kindergarten we thought we'd buy some anyway. Joke was on us, not only are the packages awfully pricey but you HAVE to pay 7$ for shipping plus taxes AND you have to cut all the pictures your damn self. Boooo for this company.

À leur place, j'aurais honte d'envoyer de telles photos aux parents. Nous n'en achèterons pas, et c'est la même chose pour tous les parents de la garderie à qui j'ai parlé.

If there were an option to give no star i would, this company has poor quality to their pictures and they're service is terrible, yet they are crazy expensive! They don't use tracking on their shipments, which tells me they dont care about customer service! I do not recommend!

I asked to re funded for Christmas gifts I have go re buy ..they won't fo anything their customers service is HORRIBLE they dont care if about you once you have thier orders.
