I first met Robin when I was gifted a portrait sitting as a wedding gift. We had post wedding portraits done, and it was great fun! Robin spent a lot of time with us, helped us the relax and gave great direction and got amazing shots. I would highly recommend Spencer for any professional photography. I was able to have Spencer to take my grad photos and it was a great experience. Spencer was very welcoming, efficient, professional and comfortable to work with. He had uploaded our pictures to our profiles within hours after the photo shoot which was amazing. His website and directions were very easy to use and so was the process of choosing and purchasing the photos you want. He had also been generous enough to create mini gift bags. Not to mention he has a grad cap FOR DOGS, if you have a dog and are graduating BOOK SPENCER.

He anticipated my concerns prior to the photo shoot by sending me a calendar reminder and then a helpful do's and don'ts and tips for the what to wear for the shoot. Robin conducted himself with professionalism and was able to put me at ease during the photo-shoot. He took the time to understand what my vision of the "end state" image should look like and was able to guide me during the shoot to attain that end state. I enjoyed reviewing the shots with him immediately after the shoot and I also enjoyed Robin's focus on client satisfaction as the shoot did not end until I was able to find various shots that I liked. His masterful post production editing and touch ups allowed my corporate headshot to really look professional and make the kind of statement that puts confidence in the minds of my clients when they look at my image on my website. When it became apparent a little over a year ago that hackneyed self portraits and grocery store photos weren't presenting me in a favourable light, I had LinkedIn head-shots done by Robin. He did a great job at a very reasonable price, and somehow even managed to make me enjoy the process. Less than 24 hours later I had what I needed, with several pictures to choose from. When I changed jobs a year later and needed a high resolution photo, I sent Robin an email on the off chance that he might still have copies from my session. Given the time that had elapsed, I fully expected that I would need to get some new pictures taken, but I was very pleasantly surprised when he emailed me what I was looking for within hours.
