Excellent place to get professional photos taken. My partner and I needed photos for our medical school residency applications, and they turned out great! The photographer was very professional and managed to get the perfect shot for both of us. He was very patient when we had to do a few re-takes and let us sit for a long time picking the pictures we wanted because he knew how important these photos were to us. The editor, Julia, had the pictures to us by the next day and they were all perfect---not over or under edited. She also helped us get the images down to the exact specifications we needed them to be, a few weeks after we had the photos done. Highly recommend this team!

I had come to this studio to get a professional headshot done for my portfolio as I was applying to colleges, I had spoken earlier to a very nice seller in Hudson's Bay and decided to try it out since some of my previous experiences at the Magenta Studio haven't been so great. Best decision!! The staff there was very nice and supportive, the session was done quickly so I didnt have to spend all day there and the photos all came out amazing! I genuinely don't really like how I look in pictures but going here I've never had to settle for a photo and was always pleasently surprised! I had even come in a few days ago to take my passport photo! I've recommended this studio to all my friends and family and now recommend it to you! Awesome staff, amazing customer service, easy going session's and I'm always kept in touch so I never have questions

Under rated place to get photos done but they did a great job. The main guy working there as photographer did a very good job with the photos and even added in free canvas for me. He also had them done in a week which at first he said he couldnt but then he agreed! Would absolutely use them again.

I was returning customer, my previous experience was very good with this place. when I went in Oct 2016 It was very disappointing. Not only the picture take was not the worth the price I paid & also editing was so callas that I could not frame even one picture out of 20 odd pictures. One thing I have experienced if you book your appointment in weekday, photographer may give you more time than in weekend. when I called back & spoke to the manager he had no explanation about poor quality work. Could not give me any specific answer he was casual about it as if it doesn't matter to him. so if possible avoid weekend for sure !

Went for the passport photo. Staff was very friendly, service was quick and easy. You take a picture and come back in 5 minutes. They stamped mine on the back of both pictures initially with the date. And the next day I asked them to give me another one with no stamp, as I don't want the government agency to refuse my application (should be one stamped and one blank). Surprisingly, the staff there did not ask me anything else and just gave me another one. You will have the peace of mind here compared to Shoppers.

We recently got our photoshoot done with Snap recently and our experience was amazing. Firstly, Julie the photographer made the photoshoot so easy. She took out the complete awkwardness and made us super comfortable. She was especially so playful, patient and just amazing with out 5 yr old daughter who was so distracted. Her creativity and use of props is amazing. After the photoshoot we got a chance to look at all our pictures and pick the best ones. As expected we had a hard time choosing the best shots as all the pictures were so amazing. I would like to thank the entire staff and Julie for the lovely experience. Highly reccomend trying them!

Overall was good, but it was too expensive than we expected, originally we just wanted a few pictures but ended paying more and he told us it will take up to 2-3 weeks turn around which is too long for just digital copies.
