Went there for a family photo as I was in the mall. The lady at reception told me to wait and I seated there for 15 minutes. She was busy doing something on computer. After 15 minutes she told me what can I do and I told I am here for family photo and she told sorry photographer is not in today. I was shocked she made me wait 15 minutes to say this. Pathetic.

I watched her execute fine leadership qualities: maning the phone, greeting and attending to customers, responding to emails all while serving customers. Much balance and all with a smile and passion for her job! I commented on the fact that her employer should be paying her well. As most people fluster and make errors. I have used their services for my Indian passport photo, my pr card photo, my son's canadian passport and my citizenship photo.. I never had any issues regarding that.

*Customers beware.* The man who runs this studio has very poor customer service skills. I had gone there to get photos printed he insisted to have the photos sent to their lab to get printed. When I received my photos, the quality was distorted and did not come out clean at all. When I returned to the studio the man practically blamed me and tried arguing with me how it's my fault the photos came out the way they did with an attitude the entire time. He even went the extra mile as to give me a magnifying glass loop to look at my own photos to point out where the blurriness was. I was pretty outraged by his audacity but kept my cool. He didn't offer any apology but rather continue to bash my work and told me it's "not his fault". Was a complete rip-off. You're better off going to Wal-Mart to print your photos off there than this place.

I really like the photos I got from this place. I previously took my photos at shoppers drugmart and they came out awful, the price was 22$ / person. I went to Pro Image Studio yesterday and paid 9.99$ + tax and the passport photos were much better. I highly recommend that you go to this place before a pharmacy store for photos
