I am so impressed! My daughter accidentally broke her mug (gift for her Nana) when it came home on thursday. I contacted them on Friday, had the order in on Sunday, and just received it (weds). It is 2 days to Christmas. I fully expected to receive it after Xmas, and instead give it for mother's Day. I am so grateful at the speed at which they both produced and shipped this. Had my 3 month old daughter's passport photo done here. Nice, clean and modern studio. My daughters photos came out really good and were ready for me in less then 5 minutes. My daughter needed to be fed and I asked the photographer Ivonne for some hot water to fill her bottle up and she was more then accommodating and filled my daughters bottle up with hot water and even cooled it down for her also. Thank you so much Ivonne, I appreciated it so much! I will definitely be coming back here for all my daughter's future photos.

Fantastic idea. So neat being able to purchase items with your child’s art on it. My son drew a pretty bare picture so I just ordered 2 key chains. When he is older I would see more value in ordering the bigger items. I just couldn’t pay $20 for one mask when the drawing looked almost incomplete. I hope this program if offered in every grade.

Extremely expensive and unreasonable prices !!!! Prices for passport photos are not posted in the store . I was charged $23 for 2 passport photos of regular size 2X2 inch ! For 2 people paid $44.69 !!!! And when I was shocked and asked why it’s so much more expensive than Costco ($6.99 for the same 2 photos!) , the answer was ‘ Costco doesn’t take this kind of photos’ ! THEY DO! Just called them and they confirmed! I know I should have made this call b4 stepping into your store! But I had thought I’d better help businesses at Maple Ridge!!!

What matters is the first time we met with Photo expressions, Mel and Chad, we talked for an hour about many different things ???????? these people's are so much fun!!!! If you are looking for a photographer that will capture your wedding day and work with you to have the best day ever, call this lady! have a chat! Get to know them and they will make sure you have the best pictures to remember your wedding day!! Also, throughout the day they will give you advice on a good marriage???? It's funny how my husband will randomly start laughing and then reminds me that this was one of the first times he was ever photographed by a professional and that he even enjoyed it!!! Anyways, their package pricing is GREAT and you definitely get more then you ask for!! The best part is she had my pictures ready the next week!! So We could enjoy them right after our honeymoon!! After having an issue with the order, I emailed their support email. No reply in 4 days. Called them. I spoke to a very nice lady who said she would get it fixed that day. I said I would be in later to pick up. I called back and the man that answered was super rude. He asked me who Id spoken to earlier and I said I didnt know but tried to describe what she sounded like. He said he dis t know and I should hang up and listen to my message again so I could choose the right department. Umm, they're really not that big of a company. When I arrived, there were 2 staff there talking away to some guy about his big new house. No greeting to me for a few minutes. I said why I was there, he seemed confused. The lady who I spoke to on the phone came out with my newly fixed product and was again very polite and helpful. Too bad the rest were "meh"

What they wanted was money. Ordered $37 for free delivery to my child’s preschool. The preschool closed due to Pandemic in March. I phoned the Photo Expressions to request the photos to be mailed to home address in Vancouver and they were asking for $$$ or else we had to wait till preschool re-open. They did not care about their customers wanted to see their children’s photos but just wanted more$. If l could give 0 star l would.

Quality and service is going downhill as every year passes by. In the class photo with all the children in the same grade, some photos were properly done with just the headshot only showing shoulders but 5 children were not cropped properly and their heads are so small because for some reason the photo shows their elbows. It’s always something, last year our photos were lost and didn’t get replaced for quite some time. Two years in a row we didn’t get pictures by Christmas. Called and just got attitude about the weather, even though we were getting mail for over a month. The person on the phone even has the nerve to say, “do you know how many schools we do?” This is the last year we will get photos through photo expressions. Many other parents are in the same boat since I saw so many students without pictures when our school finally distributed the pictures. Getting pictures at Walmart is even better quality, better photos taken with no attitude and waaaaay cheaper.

My family of 5 and I went to get our pictures taken. The person came, took a photo, and left. He didn’t let us see the photos and he printed them. Then they gave us our photo and we weren’t happy with the colors of the photos. The cashier saw that we didn’t like our photos and as we were about to leave she said that if you don’t like it we can redo it ( which was really nice of her). We were all ok with the photos ( we didn’t like them but they were doable) but one of my daughters photo was really bad so only she wanted to redo the photo and then the photographer said no in a really bad attitude. YOU GUYS OFFERED! And usually you should let your client see the photo before you print them.

There was a slight mix up at school, my son forgot to give the picture back for scanning. I was so disappointed. I called the business directly and spoke to two different people who were amazing! They said they would send the cards right away if I could get the scanned image to them. I sent it to them on a Friday afternoon, and they only changed for shipping. They did it charge me for the items at all!!!! The cards made it to me on Tuesday! Amazing customer service especially considering how busy they are right now for the holidays!!!! AWESOME!!!!!

Terrible. I found their website offering Christmas portraits with pets allowed. I emailed them and asked if we were too late for the Christmas photos. I got an email back from Marcel saying "you can still book portrait sittings. Book on our website.". I responded and shared a screenshot of the Christmas booking and said "I'm not sure if I'm looking at the wrong spot but I can't find where to book the Christmas photos. The only date showing is in November." They didn't respond to this email. I called and told the girl who answered how I couldn't find where to book the Christmas photos. She was confused and said to just go to the website. She said they are overbooked with photos right now, so it sounded to me like the have tons of people booking for Christmas photos. I went back to the website and booked on the portrait sitting. So we show up ten minutes early for our 9:30 appointment. There is a sign on the door saying they are closed sundays so this further confirms they are taking Christmas photos. A man comes to the door and tells us they don't open until 10:00. I tell him we booked an appointment online for a Christmas portrait at 9:30. He says that's a mistake because they don't open until 10 and the Christmas portraits ended in November. I told him I asked by email and phone if they were still offering the Christmas portraits and even showed him the emails. The Christmas photo page said they allow pets, but I can't help but wonder if he didn't want our dogs in there or what. He wasn't able to give me a refund today so I don't know if I'll even get one. He said sorry but it doesn't make up for the time we spent driving from vancouver, the sweaters we got specifically for this photo and the overall inconvenience. Really disappointed that this happened after I emailed twice and called once to confirm but they never provided accurate information.
