My mum and I were here to take passport photos and I had documents to be notarized as well. Good quality, friendly and professional service, good value. Passport photos are at 2pcs for $10 and notary 1 pc document for $10. Will definitely come back for passport photo needs.

I visited as $10 photo which is lower than other shops but end up spending more due to poor photos. Don't save pennies. I took PR cards both here and staples. Goto bigger shop like walmart, Staple etc for better camera, look and professional attitude. From Photo centre owner response# It's evident that I am authentic customer of this studio. Feedback Reader should note - I find it unprofessional & unskilled to take photos. Photos prints given were dim, even studio owner was in hurry to leave studio. Photos were worse than what clicked earlier by staples. After photos from this studio, its again done by walmart. 2 cents - Don't waste ???? money here, goto any bigger shops like walmart, Costco etc for better photos.

I’m truely thankful to the studio. My parents needed visa photos, but they weren’t aware of the lockdown. They went several places to check if any photo centre was open, but they couldn’t find one. So they called me even though I live in west coast. I searched and found this studio was open. My parents live in Eganville where 1.5hr drive away from Ottawa. By the time they arrived, it was past the closing time. However this studio helped my parents take visa photo even though it wasn’t their working hour!! I don’t know how to express my thankfulness. My parents also wants to say Thank you.

They don't deserve even one star. The photos were too dark. The girl put in envelop and asked not to open it for a while because the stamp on the back is wet. When I opened it I discovered that it was too dark.I returned to them but they refuse to correct it or refund me, and they were too rude,rough and not professional.

The photographer told me that they have experience taking all types of passport and visa photos for all countries. When I arrived there with my baby, I felt that it was a family friendly place. The photographer took an excellent passport photo of my baby and I intend to come back as my baby grows up. I will recommend others to check it out. For $10, I got a good bang for my money. The studio is in a convenient spot with nice props to choose from. We had a family photoshoot and the photographer was professional; she was able to get nice shots of of our toddler by trying to engage him throughout the process. I definitely recommend for passports and photoshoots. You can call ahead to book appointments

Honestly save yourself the trouble and just head here! I went to another place before I visited this one, and it took twice as long and cost double for passport photos that looked awful--terrible lighting and weird coloration. Came here the next day to see if I could get a better one, and the service was honestly like night and day. Super friendly and accommodating. The lighting was much more diffuse and skin tone looked like my natural colour (not grey). She even gave me blotting tissues for the shiny parts of my face, let me see the picture and made sure I was happy with it. And it took all of 5 minutes. Just head here--you won't regret it.
