Nice spacious studio with 4 different theme rooms. Mostly wedding couples are utilizing here accompanied with their own photographers. For money-wise it would be economic and you can be creative to do your own shots. However, studio in this size didn’t have its own parking space so people have to find their own way to park.

Beautiful space ! However, there is no parking spot. We had to drove around several times and walked a lot with heavy items. Plus, there is no room for prep or dressing up, so one hour booking wouldn’t be one hour for shooting (If you have to change your clothes)

We shot at Mint Room Studios recently and absolutely loved it! We stayed there a half day, and used two spaces (Lounge & Conservatory). All of the studios are stunning, decorated with a lot of taste, and we are so happy that, as photographers, you can FINALLY rent such beautiful spaces easily. Team was also very nice, helpful & accomodating. We are going back next week and will be back some more after that! Thanks guys!

I love this place! Amazing studios that have natural light and perfect for photos. Some rooms seem to be signature rooms in that, the decor doesn't change, but there are other rooms that seem to change theme and decor. That makes this place special. I've taken photos here two years in a row and have witnessed the room decor changes. I'll always come here!

Fantastic spot to get your photos taken! They have many stunning rooms for the Instagram savvy, Linkin professionals or formal photos. The staff is friendly, there are change rooms which help if you have multiple outfits and multiple rooms you can book. Just be courteous if someone is waiting on you because they booked the room too! ????

The facilities at Mint Room can accommodate several varieties of shooting scenarios, both in the photo and video world. I’ve had the pleasure of using every one of the four unique rooms available at Mint Room, each offering their flavour of decor and natural lighting. The simplicity of the workflow was delightful, and I found the overall vibe to be very creatively inspiring. I am a Mint Room Studio Photographer Member and have been an avid fan of the space since I have discovered it 1.5 years ago. There is a great seection of room options, versatile from weddings to family portaits and productions. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There is limited parking however and there is no elevator which makes it an accessibility issue for clients with strolers or the elderly. I always recommend it to my clients who are interested in an indoor option and book it whenever there is a new decor setup. Look forward to visiting them more in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous. I may be biased because my photoshoot was during the Christmas ???? season and my room was professionally decorated. We were in unit 300. And the decor was very classy and elegant with hint of gold and hues of green. I was blown away. My photographer was phenomenal but she works independent of Mint Studios. I can't wait to go back. Parking is accessible on Campbell Street. And there is a fancy coffee shop on the main floor.

Mint Room Studios is my absolute favorite and in my opinion is the best studio space in the GTA! The location is great, the space has a great layout, studios are spacious with lots of beautiful natural light and furnishings. The rooms are extremely versatile which makes it perfect for any type of shoot. There are so many amazing styles available for any taste and vibe and the staff is extremely professional and accommodating! Combined with very affordable rates makes Mint Room is a no brainer choice for any of my photo/video projects! Highly recommend!

Parking isn't the best but I'm there very often and trust me, it's not a big deal to walk 1min or usually less :) Love that they keep always upgrading so you or your clients can't get bored. Great place for photos cool space./rooms however I was to happy with staff and their preparation with covid protocol practices considering they were aware of our wedding party size. They could have been way more prepared for directing groups of ppl waiting for pictures, prior to our arrival. Communication could have been shared better. Great space - however I think my feedback was fair and honest to how we felt.

I've had a really good experience with most staff though the last shoot I did the guy was just wanting to leave since we were the last shoot and I felt rushed and he seemed annoyed. Really neat place if you want to do a quick and classy looking shoot. Most of the time the large windows supply enough light so that you don't need to bring in any lighting. Pricing is pretty good. Only complaint is that finding parking around this area is nearly impossible.

Great studio. Easy to find. Office worker was very helpful. The rooms are all professional. It was like being on a movie set. I felt like I was in a kitchen of an upscale house. I shot twice at Mintroom. This is by FAR my favourite studio. Its sooooooo uniquely beautiful. Every detail of this space is just jaw-dropping..From the gold door handles to the bows on the wall. Not to mention it has THE best lighting. Every room feels like a completely different space. A studio thats really perfect for any occasion! Highly recommend it :)

I just got our family Christmas photos back from our shoot at Mint Room Studios. We also hired photographers through their sister company, Purple Tree. I am in legit tears. The photos are beautiful. They captured such beautiful moments and the decor was even better in person. The quality of their rooms is excellent - everything was so clean and we felt so safe. Poor costumer service! I lost a client during the summer when I booked their Nest room and they did not have an AC the studio was really hot, kids where so unhappy with the situation! I complained and the guy said the manager will call , but! She never did! I had to reschedule for the family for a different day in my studio! Which cost me the time! I gave three star only because it’s a beautiful place and nicely decorated!

Good Place - lot of options and setups available to shoot and friendly staff. Before you enter you need to sigh a covid disclosure the link will be sent to you by the invitee. Washroom access needs a key so you need to ask for at the customer service desk . No parking only street parking see in the picture

It was great experience! Pricing is reasonable! But heads up their kinda of racist when it comes to them showing your work on their page to help you support. Even if you DM the pic you tagged them on your feed and waiting for them to post it them. If scroll their page the will support any race expect black ppl. Still go for the experience but if your going to have them support your page even when it’s twice as good as everyone else just think twice before making your decision! 5/5 for wonderful studios and pricing 1-5 for showing you love and support.

Really unique studios. I like the concept of renting just a room and it's not that expensive in price. However, the rooms can get hot and some rooms are a little dusty. If you're doing a newborn shoot, just bring your own props to prevent allergies or any rashes. Parking is also a pain as there are only side street parking spots.

Very cool studio on the west side of town. They have a bunch of different rooms spread out on two floors, each room has a different theme. The space has all the basics to set up for tour shoot. It is very clean and well set up. Best photo studio I have been to in Toronto so far!

We rented the library room for our pre-wedding shoot. The room itself was a bit smaller than I expected but nonetheless very beautiful and clean. The pictures turned out great. I would recommend arriving to the venue at least half an hour earlier as it takes time to a) find parking and b) find the actual entrance to the building. There is no sign outside to indicate that you’ve reached the mint room. We walked around for so long - it was such an annoyance. Also, the bathrooms in the hallway are filthy! Avoid them and use the bathroom in the actual studio.

My favourite studio in the city. i've worked in this studio a few times and have always had a great time. The owners are super easy to communicate with and will answer any questions you have. Some of the rooms are consistently changing which adds to the uniqueness of this space and allows every customer to get a different look. Last thing ill add is the lighting in these rooms are spectacular, which allows you to get perfect natural light. highly recommend this studio

Had a great experience with my photoshoot. The studio has taken safety precautions due to COVID. The rooms are great for photography photos. Check their website to see the room styles. Used the ballroom and lounge area which I loved for light airy photographs. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. They do remind you when your time is ending.

Beautiful space for a photoshoot! Really liked the Ballroom with Christmas decoration. Parking was not a problem, there are plenty of spots on nearby street( Symington Avenue). Two things that I didn’t like & affected our photoshoot 1- I asked in my booking for a table & chair to be inside the ballroom to be able to do some touch ups for my model . I also confirmed with one of the staff before the shoot however, when I came in there was no table so I had to interrupt the shoot & went outside to ask them to bring it in. When he brought the table , he put it anywhere away from electric power so I ended up having my kit on the floor & was not able to use my hot tools for some hair touch up. 2- there was some interruption during shoot from other clients & the receptionist decided to bring in the coats hanging unit that was in lobby when we first came in & placed it inside the ballroom while we were shooting! I didn’t get it!!

I've never been to one of these studios before, but had a nice overall experience, with friendly staff. We photographed in the lounge room that had wonderful lighting and great built in features. They also had a great COVID 19 protocol that made me feel quite safe. The only couple of things I'd be aware of is I didn't see an elevator to the studio - which may be tough for people with accessibility needs. The second thing is the room was a little dusty so we didn't utilize shots on the floor as much as I would have liked (dust is hard to maintain in loft rooms).

Great Space! This was the second time we used Mint Room for our clothing brand. The rooms are bright, modern, well kept and updated often. The furniture is timeless and photographs amazing! The staff was kind and not intrusive at all (they respected the privacy of our shoot and I felt at home in the studio).

Horrible experience. The owner is a true scam artist . She went on lock down during the " lock down" but however was still allowing video shoots of 10 or more, but not photo shoots of 2 people. She was keeping the money and double booking times along as you were smart enough to message her and say you were doing a video shoot not a photo shoot Still waiting for my money go be returned as I told her I dont want to support such a place on my online social presence. Its been 3 weeks.

If you coming here with heavy lighting equipment or wardrobe be sure to book the elevator in advance. Otherwise you'll have a workout climbing the stairs. The place is as advertised. What you see from their promo pictures and to that's what you'll get. Parking is painful as only street parking is available.

The elevator doesn't work everytime I come here. The studio space is nice and I would have given them 5 stars. But having to carry my lighting equipment up and the down stairs was not good at all. I'll look for another furnished studio from now on. Enough is enough.

Only issue I had was more of a staff issue, while she was friendly enough we arrived at 9:50AM for our 10am shoot, in the lounge, the front desk attendant was in the washroom and did not come out until 10:05am, there was someone else in our room taking pictures and the front desk did not ask them to leave until 10:10AM by the time they cleared out we weren’t let in until 10:15AM, we expected that since they’d delayed Us we would get until 11:15am because we paid for an hour, however at 11:01am the staff was banging on our photo shoot door. We left the room at 11:04AM, still shorted some time. The front desk staff however did feel badly, and offered us 15 minutes in the library room - I really appreciated that, however we were dressed more to take pictures in the lounge. They did there best to try to compensate for the time, we were just a bit disappointed. Either way, would highly recommend and will consider using for my wedding photos as well. Really great, unique spaces. Thanks

Pretty awesome set up: different rooms with different themes and decor to fit many photoshoot ideas! Large windows allow a lot of natural light through which makes a huge difference in how photos eventually turn out. Thumbs up! Overall experience from booking to completing our family photoshoot was great! Recommended Mint Room to few of my friends already!

We had our engagement pictures done here and it was such a cute and different space! The studio was clean, booking was easy and affordable and the staff were great. The only thing I would have changed is the makeup table location. For a few dollars more, I also booked a makeup chair to get my hair and makeup done, which ended up being right in the lobby of the studio. So everyone coming and going saw me getting ready. I do wish it had been a bit more private. But other than that.. it was perfect!

Beautiful studios, 4 different themed rooms, we did our maternity shoot on a very cold day, so it was perfect being indoors with beautiful big windows! Great customer service!

I am a Mint Room Studio Photographer Member and have been an avid fan of the space since I have discovered it 1.5 years ago. There is a great seection of room options, versatile from weddings to family portaits and productions. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There is limited parking however and there is no elevator which makes it an accessibility issue for clients with strolers or the elderly. I always recommend it to my clients who are interested in an indoor option and book it whenever there is a new decor setup. Look forward to visiting them more in the future.
