They make you pay 23$ for the shooting and then 60$ for one picture (including a 10$ shipping fee). I would have never paid the first 20$ if I had known. To Lassman Studios : you guys should be ashamed of charging that much to students (you know, these people who generally have a very limited budget?). Very low of you to take advantage of the highly emotional charge that's associated to graduation pictures. I would never recommend you and seriously hope that Concordia will stop its partnership with you.

What a bunch of losers. They make you pay for everything. $10 of shipping from Toronto to Montreal? Seriously? I can't believe that McGill and Concordia do business with them. My pictures were insanely awfull to top it all off. They are thieves... avoid at all costs

The photographer of this studio is horrible. Did not pay attention to close detailing (From the academic hood being titled and not sitting correctly). During the session, he took a phone call and did not listen to my preferences on my angles. The customer service team was not helpful. Even tried to bribe me into writing a 5 star review for them to take $10 of a package deal. Overall, unprofessional and extremely overpriced.

Really really disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. They are overpriced for every package and even for individual portraits too. What was even more disappointing was that when I placed the order for my grad photo, I paid almost 12 CAD for shipping which is a ridiculous amount, and even with that I got no update on the progress of my order. When I finally got frustrated after waiting for 3 weeks and sent them an email inquiring about my order, I get a reply after two days that my portrait had been shipped. Looking at the tracking info, they actually shipped my order 1 day AFTER I had sent them the email about my order. Which means that they didn’t process my order at all, and never would have if I hadn’t reminded them. That is where the problem starts. Coming to the portrait itself - I can’t even describe the poor finishing and quality. It looks as if someone hastily photoshopped the green screen out, you can clearly see jagged edges around the hair, and not even some basic retouching has been done to create a smooth image overall. I am so frustrated that I paid so much money to get a garbage product. So, if you have to get grad photos done, get them from somewhere else. My high school portrait looks 1000 times better in comparison to the rubbish I received from lassman studios. I wish there was an option for negative stars. Never ever getting my grad photos (for the future) from them.

Awful experience overall. Paid a $25 sitting fee just to sit on a stool in front of a GREEN SCREEN to have my picture taken. Their website makes it sound like the green screen technology is wonderful and advanced~~ but its in fact a cheap way for them to make money off of you and sacrifice quality at the same time. The prices for the pictures are ridiculously high for the kind of photo you are getting. I ordered one picture for $35 in print--how? I did not even add edits. Along the way when you are ordering your photo, everything is an additional charge: you want a different background from the default?...$5. You want a gloss?...$10. You want your blemishes removed?...$30/image. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of all that, I am from Toronto and I still have to pay $12 for shipping that takes 4-6 weeks to arrive--for ONE PRINT. Are you kidding? A snail could have delivered my photos to my house in that time. I wouldn't have even bothered with taking a graduation picture if I knew this was what it was going to be.

The worst service you can have for graduation picture. The guy who takes the picture is either racist, or rude, or both of them. He stressed me a lot and turned what it was supposed to be a great moment to a nightmare. The girl who host the student is extremely cold and upset. So don't dare ask her question. Just pay and shut up. They hide all the fees that you will pay. All they care about is your money. The price is extremely expensive (200$ for the digital pictures + 30$). I went with other photographer that made the shooting an amazing experience with only 85$ in total.

Absolutely horrible. I work in the film industry as a Director of Photography and my girlfriend is graduating at UofT and I immediately noticed something with her photo and her friends. He is using an ultra long lens which distorts the face and makes the persons face look very flat (which makes you look either like you have an enormous jaw or you are much more heavier than you actually are). Horrible that they don’t know this basic knowledge on how lenses can distort a face. I’ve seen better skill from a Walmart photographer.

My experience at the studio was fine. I chose to pay for a digital copy of my graduation photo as well as ordering some prints. Big mistake. The photo print is terrible. It’s so dark, you’d need a bright light just to see my face. Really disappointed. Thankfully I got the digital copy so I can print on my own!!

I had a great time taking my graduation pictures! The photographer was really friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I also was fine with me bringing in food (props) and my friends for several pictures. When I got my proofs back I noticed flyaways and Lassman Studios quickly edited it out for me. Session went well, bought the basic $13 sitting fee. Greeter was very nice and McGill photographer was good too. It cost me $160 total for 8 digitals, which was reasonable and they turned out very nice. Digital photos were very delayed but customer service fixed the issue promptly. When I noticed some flaws in some of my photos, they edited them and sent them to me on the same day. Very good customer service.

Lassman Photography is taking care of McGill's graduation photos and they've been a great company to work with so far. In terms of accessibility and user-friendly website, they were both for me. Their customer service via email has been refreshingly prompt and professional as well as accommodating (I wasn't satisfied with my first set of shots and they offered a second sitting for free). Plus, they've been accommodating to my graduate class which didn't have a composite organized by the faculty until we contacted them ourselves. Overall, really impressed and happy to work with them!

Lassman Studio has been so helpful! I requested for them to add my diploma, flower and graduation cap to a pose that had nothing and they edited it free of charge multiple times and also erased a mark on my forehead from my grad cap! They have been very understanding both through email and when I called. My grad photo session was short, about 8 minutes, but I got great pictures!

Wow, I truly wasn't expecting how amazingly Lassman Studios' customer service team handled my issue. I made a huge order for my graduation photos, however, they weren't retouched. I must have forgotten to tick the retouch box on the checkout page. Once my physical copies arrived, I was very upset, thinking all my money had gone to waste. I decided to email their customer service team, and they were kind enough to re-send my entire order back. I am so so thankful that they were able to solve this issue for me; I highly recommend this company to every one for their photos!

A scam. Horrible quality photos, you don't even recognize your self. Idk what camera their using but it's not right. Please don't waste your money here. You don't get anything for your money only a sample picture which you have to pay for, if you actually want your photo your looking at paying Minimum $130? I could just go to Walmart/ Literally any other studio and pay $40 and ALSO get DIGITAL and printed photos. Horrible communications and give you attitude. The lady at the desk has no patience. The atmosphere is weird. The photographer makes unnecessary weird comments and innapropate.. just bad place. Don't waste your money all your gonna get is disappointment. They have successfully taken full advantage of their monopoly over Ryerson University grad photos and use it to squeeze every bit of money out of students for low quality photos. As a graphic designer and low level photographer, the charging they do for things such as "changing the background" of an already .png file is outrageous.

I am extremely disappointed with my entire experience with Lassman Studios. The photographer was running behind when I arrived at my scheduled time. Due to this, my entire session was rushed as he was probably trying to get back on schedule. As if this lack of professionality wasn't enough, I received my photos only to realize that in 9/14 of my photos there's been a very obvious and amateur crop job done to the hair on my left side. I assume this was because my hair was sticking out. Maybe if the photographer wasn't in such a rush he could have taken the time to let me know my hair looked unruly and given me the opportunity to fix it instead of someone attempting to crop it off thinking I wouldn't be obvious that a portion of my hair was missing. Since my graduation ceremony has been cancelled due to COVID-19, these photos are the only keepsake I will have of my graduation. However, there is no way that I can justify spending any of my money to purchase these god-awful, overpriced photos, especially after already paying a $30 sitting fee for photos I wish I never wasted my time or money to have taken. This is extremely unfortunate as my graduation photos were something that I wanted my family to be able to cherish.

It was incredibly over priced! for 3 choices of photos they charged me $255! They also sent me the proofs to choose my pics, and after they received my money, I had to contact them to ask what happened to my photos. Apparently there was something "wrong" with my address. However there was no problem with my address when they wanted me to buy. They told me they had the wrong address. I find it funny that they didnt even call me to let me know that the photos were returned after they received my money. They respond to emails quickly but there operating hours are really limited. Not satisfied. As a student I didnt have a choice, this was the schools choice but I an not happy at all with their service.

For graduating students, we were asked to pay 30$ when taking our graduating pictures. Now, I am finding out that the fee does not include the actual pictures or even digital copies, the 30$ fee is a "sitting fee". Literally, a fee to sit and have your photo taken but not the actual photo?? Now for the ridiculous part, the cheapest option for the photos is 169$. For a digital copy (without the watermark) of just ONE, yes, ONE photo, it's 50$. I believe we are being robbed and taken advantage of by Lassman Studios. Is there a way around this? I'd like to keep these photos but am not willing to pay that much money on top of the 30$ sitting fee, which literally is a fee to sit in a room for 30 seconds. Literally, a sitting fee.

Lassman to the rescue! Canada Post bent a box of three 8x10 graduation photos and shoved them in our mailbox, ruining the images. I contacted Lassman for advice. Their customer service team responded quickly to my distress signal. In less than three business days we had replacement images and a claim started with Canada Post! Thank you Lassman for helping with this. Your images are stunning and your service is both professional and amazing.

Please do not get scammed by these "photographers" . They charge you $15 for a 5 minutes photoshooot, and then you have to pay $100+ for ONE electronic copy and not even in RAW! It's cheaper to rent a gown and take your own pictures with your own photographers. Avoid this place.

Excellent customer service. My graduation photos arrived quickly, and they were packaged very carefully. But unfortunately there were some problems in the prints that I received. The customer service of Lassman Studios took a very good care of me. They re-printed the photos for me with no hassles. Their gesture of goodwill is beyond my expectation and I am very thankful. To have the best quality for your pictures I do recommend ordering them with Ultracoat option instead of Metallic paper.

The photographer is really nice. But everything is super overpriced and it's absolutely not worth the amount of money they ask for. I mean why is downloading a SINGLE digital photo cost $95??!! And changing its background is additional costs.... it's not like they do it manually everything is done automatically.... you pay for the 10 mins with a photographer and then you pay insane amount of money to download a picture of yourself.

Refused to let me bring my support dog for my Grad photos. I offered my doctor's note and explained that I couldn't go to the studio without him and he was part of my program. They originally said dogs were allowed. I even assured them he would be held the whole 10 minutes or less that I'd be there. Gave reasons that someone 'could' be allergic or someone 'could' be afraid. Even the manager Clair had terrible customer service. All these comments also make them seem like scammers so I guess it worked out I cancelled.

I’ve had a great experience with the studio. During a pandemic they were very communicative over email about any information I required from them regarding my order. I had some special requests and they completed them all on time with the original order which I really appreciated. Grossly overpriced services. I had my graduation pictures taken here and asked them for a student rebate which they refused. After placing an order of DIGITAL photos and not hearing anything from them for 10 days and expressing my disappointment with their service, they send me a court email saying it’s going to take 14-21 days. I don’t understand how simply emailing some photos takes that long or why they care 0% about their customer satisfaction. Would not recommend.

Quick and efficient, everyone seemed to be in and out without reducing the quality of the experience. Photographer had an immense amount of energy and passion that he brought to the entire session for each person who walked in. I emailed them with an editing question for one picture after seeing my proofs, they responded within less than 24 hours to acknowledge me and then emailed back with the correction in less than 24 hours again. They have done an amazing job and am glad my university hired them for our graduation pictures.

Had a makeup glitch during my grad photo which was not noticeable at all on the online viewing site. I just saw it when I received the hard copies of the pictures. Called the office of Lassmann Studios and requested for help. Emailed them in detail and they said they'd gladly retouch the all the photos, reprint and resend them to me! Yay! I suggest you wait to borrow your gown for your convocation day and ask one of your many friends with a good reflex camera to take nice pictures of you in front of a background paper that you can rent somewhere or DIY. Roll a big piece of paper to make it look like a diploma and get nice significative pictures. (Or simply pay another photographer who has a portrait studio and bring the props). As a student, you will save 3 million dollars. Not cry yourself by the rapidity they take the pictures (in front of a green screen). Get the same results. Trust me. They are kind, the quality is acceptable but seriously the price (of the sitting 23$, the pictures MIN 50$ for 1 print and the SHIPPING?? 12$ no matter if you live by the studio) No. Just No.

Similar experience with another customer here. Got my grad photos from them and it was so rushed. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The photographer never once stopped to show me a photo to see if I liked it. He rushed through all the poses. When I got my proofs I was upset. I looked awful in them. My coworker said it didn't look like me and she's trying to be nice about it. There's only one photo that I might purchase... But honestly, it's been 2 months and I still haven't put in my order because I don't want to support this company for their terrible service at scam prices. Also, they charge you for shipping with no options for local pick-up. For whoever might come across this, avoid this service if it's offered at your school. You're better off renting a gown and having a savvy friend take the time to shoot photos for you around campus.

Very overpriced. Students are actually shown 0 mercy throughout their studying period. Everything costs so much, and that doesn’t end at graduation when a single print of a grad photo can cost $50 plus a $20-30 sitting fee. If you want more prints, it can cost up to 300... I don’t understand why it’s so expensive and then it takes 6 weeks to ship out one 8*10 from Toronto to Toronto. Like come on, we’re living in 2019. What is this bs?

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY So disappointed with the approach the school takes with grad photos and how this company operates. I think everyone knows that they charge ridiculous sums for these photos going into it, but to bait students in with a low sitting fee, with no explanation to what that entails and then perform straight highway robbery with their “value packages”... SO upsetting. I’m completely unimpressed. $200 for these - frankly lacklustre photos - I will be telling EVERYONE to avoid this photo company.

What should have been a memorable experience, instead, became a terrible experience... The photographer was unfriendly and not willing to show me my graduation pictures. He responded " you'll get to see them in 7 to 14 days online" while there was no one in the studio. Customer service has also been difficult to reach. Digital downloads take 14 days to receive... And the service is very expensive compared to other studios.

Absolutely the worst! Be aware. They ripoff your money. Do keep in mind the operational people on actual photo day and online customer service people are different. I paid extra cash for choice of another product they offered me on my grad photo day. Two months later they never send it to me. I only received the standard package. Only buy product they offer you online via email. I emailed them multiple times, but they only said there is no such product. WASTE OF $$$. Lassman Studio is not exactly what they have advertised. There are plenty of other studio with better service. Avoid this one!

Hands down, the best customer service team that I have ever dealt with. From the moment I booked my appointment to take my graduation pictures, but until the moment I received them, they handled everything perfectly. Picture processing time is at a reasonable rate (4-6 weeks), considering how many pictures they need to process. I'm a really impatient person, so I emailed the customer service team twice, to check up on my order. They were all so helpful and kind with me, and understood my excitement :) I really needed my digital photo asap, and they managed to actually send it to me within a few hours. I wish I had the person's name who assisted me via email, but they were absolutely amazing! They worked very efficiently, and gave me a wonderful customer experience. Lassman is the way to go! :)

I got my graduation photographs clicked from here, my initial experience was not good, but after discussing my concern with the customer service team, they got in a resolution and got things done as per what I wanted. Lassman Customer Service team was supportive and did a good job.The reason I am giving it a 4 star is as it is pretty expensive, they need to get better pricing for graduation occasion and secondly had my photographs got clicked and printed perfectly in the first go, a 5 star would be well deserved.

I don't know why my university selected this scummy company to take graduation photos. I'm sure it would cost less than a year's worth of what this place is charging to buy their own equipment. $200 to buy your pictures, they keep all rights to use the images, and you do not receive digital copy.

As I said in my earlier email, my daughter, Kira, has autism and she was very nervous about having her photograph taken. Graduating from university is a huge milestone in Kira’s life. At three, her prognosis was that she would never speak, never attend school…and a list of other “nevers”. Needless to say, she beat the odds. It's upsetting that schools continue to use this company's services (forcing students to use it as well), because the quality of the photos is bad, there is no attention to pictures during sitting. All you get is 5 minutes of photographer taking photos with bad lighting and at the same award angle and not even listening to you or asking you "what do you want?". Excellent customer service! My encounter with Lassman was for my graduation photos. After taking my photos, I reached out to them via email asking for their opinion regarding a retouch. They answered very promptly and were kind enough to look at my photos in high resolution to identify whether something should be retouched. They then went on to advise that they could retouch a mishap with my fake eyelash free of charge. I would definitely recommend given the fantastic, prompt & professional service offered!

I had my grad photos taken a year ago and paid for a class composite. I still haven't received it. When I emailed in June of 2020 (after Lassman Studios providing 0 communication) they indicated that composites should be delivered to the schools in the Fall of 2020. It is now April, a year later, and I still do not have the composite I paid for. I understand that COVID-19 has made things challenging but taking money for products and not providing them after a year is not okay. Especially since Lassman studios has done nothing to communicate any delays in their products and the amount of money that graduates are providing them.

Package prices are also ridiculous. What they charge, you can hire a professional photographer that will give you 2 full hours plus edits of your photos.

I have cerebral palsy and i find it hard to tell if my head is straight- i asked the photographer to tell me if it wasn't. He didn't. All but 1 of my grad photos were absolute garbage trash except one, which was barely passable. In addition, this studios billing practices are extremely obscure and untransparent. Expect to pay for every choice (including background) you wish to make. Thanks for the terrible grad photos. I'll never get a second chance.

I would leave zero stars if possible! This place charged 15.00 sitting fee, 5.00 hard copy proofs. To get pictures that looked like complete garbage. My daughter looks so pale it’s scary. The poses were so unnatural (she was directed to pose a certain way). These photos are GARBAGE. Not to mention the ridiculous prices to actually order them. My 5 year old son took better pictures of my daughter and I can even provide photos to show that. This company is laughable at best. Anyone who sees her photos cannot believe they are her because they were so whitewashed and awful. Avoid this place at all costs! If you look at other reviews this is not the only instance of white washing and unnatural posing the photographers direct them to do. Best advice is get them done elsewhere or hire a photographer for convocation day.

The photographer I had was VERY nice. He made sure everything was perfect before he took every shot. He was incredible. I went to take a picture with a friend the following day, as part of her photo session, and the photographer we got was simply horrible. We were in and out of the room in 7 minutes. And, the photos that I ordered from my sessions were poorly printed/edited. You could still see a green halo around myself and my sister. And I picked the option to photoshop the picture a little bit, but that turned out to be a bad idea. My sister ended up looking like she drew dark black circles under eyes. Overall, its a hit or miss. But definitely dont get your picture photoshopped.

I recently took my university Graduation Photos with them and would say that they're very professional and friendly! Sadesh, the photographer, was really helpful and into his job. He also made sure that the angles are proper to get what I wanted. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease while taking the photos. Alex, the girl in the front, was really sweet and made instructions very simple to follow when typing in my information when checking in. She handled the crowd nicely (since there was a bit of a wait). Overall I had a good experience and hope my samples turn out nice! :)

NO DURHAM COLLEGE , Just NO!!!!!. The studio will not tell you what the fees are because they know sensible people will say no! No fees/Pricing where disclose and you don't get access to pricing until you take your photos and you are given an access code. Very Misleading and EXTREMELY OVER PRICED!! I'm just gonna get a gown from the thrift store, make the props for the shoulder and take my own photos by buying a camera and returning it, using my photography friend, who is a student. I say save your money and go to the convocation ceremony where you can take your own photos with family and friends. It was $15 for sit in and $5 dollars for proofs which he showed me a sample off, but based on what Im reading in the review my proofs may come with watermarks so Im not banking on them. You will not be getting my money . I have attached copies of their pricing FYI...

Both of our sons had their university graduation pictures taken by Lassman Studios last spring. We had a number of proofs from which we were able to make our selections, a process that was challenging given the number of good choices available to us. We selected a reasonably priced package of photos to share with family and friends and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Months later, we contacted Lassman to help us create a combined picture of the two boys that we could send to their grandparents. They responded immediately and were glad to work with us to come up with a unique solution that wasn't identified on their web site. Their flexibility and responsiveness were remarkable and we couldn't be happier with the result.

There was a pose that we loved, but our daughter wasn’t holding the scroll in the photo, and Lassman studios added the scroll in for us. Which company does that ?? I have never heard of a company who would go out of their way to do that. But Lassman Studios did !! We were very impressed !!! Once we placed the order our photos arrived very fast and they were packaged very carefully so they wouldn’t get damaged in the mail. Lassman fixed an issue that we had with our order that they forgot to do. Lassman studios re-did the order again with no problems and no hassles. It was a pleasure dealing with their customer service. I dealt with Clara and she was very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions I had or concerns. My experience with Lassman studios was amazing !!!! They went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with everything. I look forward to dealing with Lassman studios again when our other daughter graduates from university in 2 yrs.

If I could rate this a zero star I would. First off $15.00 for a sitting fee that I got rushed through for college grad photos that turned out ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. These photos are the most unprofessional photos I have ever gotten taken in my life. The service from the photographer needless to say, was horrible. Looking at some of my peers photos they had the exact same issue, AND ARE BEYOND UPSET. Not to mention the extremely fake looking flowers given for the photo-shoot that were dusty and unrealistic Also, there was no need for water to be put in my hair, I had my hair professionally done before my photos were taken. The fact they turned out the way they did they did not even look like me. AT ALL. My mother could not tell it was even me in the picture. I have spent most of my day upset over this.and I have complained to the college as well. I have recommended that Life touch is a more appropriate company to go with for graduation photos as I never had a problem for all of my photos done in the past both graduation and casual school. DO NOT TAKE YOUR GRADUATION PHOTO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I am a Ryerson University student and decided to get my photos taken by Lassam Studios because they are recommended by the university. This was my biggest mistake as they charge $25 as a sitting fee just to take the pictures then charge you a minimum of $50 for a single printed photo and charge you $100 per picture if you would like a digital copy of your photo. To add to this insanity the photo's they took were mediocre. Don't make the mistake I made and find a 3rd photo studio instead of getting ripped off by these guys!

I arrived 5min late to my appointment and I was the last person to pass. At my arrival, the photographer was taking pictures of another client. The girl who was supposed to charge my sitting fee refused my entrance since I was 5 minutes late and said she closed her cash. I tried to explain her that I was stuck in traffic and that I came from a far place. She became really rude and responded with an unacceptable attitude that I should of checked my email. Very bad customer service.

Very bad customer service and quality control. One of my photos arrived before the holidays with a massive white spot in my hair. I asked for a new one in time for the holidays, and on the 23rd got a copy/paste response that they were closed for the holidays and would reopen in January. Still never got a response until I followed up again - and was very unapologetic considering someone had to have put the photo in a sleeve. Was given a refund for that 1 item, but hardly a proportionate response.

The session went so quick and the photographer didn't even bothered to show me a preview of how it looks. Everything on their site is over priced. Ridiculous!! Terrible experience. They made it look really transactional and poor customer service experience. The girl at the reception was rushing me really a lot to get inside and take the photos even though I was on time. They made it look like my 4 years of education wasn't significant and my appointment needed to be over so as soon as possible. The whole thing took 2 mins or less. I am considering retaking the photos since I am sure It would really come out as awful.

I spoke with Clair when we forgot to use the retouching feature and were not happy with the pics as they were.She was very helpful and went the extra mile for us by sending the pics again with the retouching done----at no extra cost! Wow!! You can't beat that!

Worst photography service I have ever had. Their website is buggy and I can't even log in to see my photos. The customer support is extremely slow I have to send them 4 emails to get 1 response back after 6 days! I dont understand why UofT chooses this guy to take our grad photos.

The grad photos I received were awful. During my scheduled photo shoot the camera man was in a rush and did an awful job telling me to adjust my pose. They really dont care how your photos come out and the pricing on the photos are ridiculously overpriced.

Disappointing photography. It's really unfortunate that the university uses them for graduation photos since it forces students to have no choice in their photo. I paid $30 just to get the photos taken (3/9 were crooked) and then on the website their promo code gets cancelled and they charge another $195. Overpriced for what you get.

I am so disappointed with my graduation pictures... I paid over $200 for non-quality pictures. The printed pictures did not reach the standard of which I expected for the price I paid. Instead of capturing a happy moment in my life, Lassman Studios Photography has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I will not have any pictures to show my family and friends because of them. Thank you for ruining one of the most important moments of my life.

I can only share my thoughts on graduation photos... My gf graduated from U of T and I graduated from UOIT. UOIT hired Lassman Studios and U of T hired Snap Studios for their graduation photos. There was a huge difference in not only the quality but the props used in the images. I had the option of a single rose, whilst my gf had the option of holding a full bouquet of flowers. The graduation dress to wear was also very poorly designed in comparison. Not much thought was put into the photo sessions. The employees conducting the session gave a very annoyed vibe as they have a lot more photos to take and couldn't care about your session. They need to realize that a graduation photo is solely important to the individual and they have to maintain a level of customer experience and effort this unique to the student. My whole experience may not have been as bad if there was a better photographer. I was put in clearly obvious awkward postures and knew that my pics were going to show the awkwardness. Like holding the scroll 30cm away from my chest in a weird angle. My gf did not have to do any of that, whilst my photographer kept saying "This will feel awkward but it helps with the posture in the pic, it won't show" it showed in every pic and no a single one looks decent enough to keep. I wasted $30 (Paid the premium fee) for the sitting fee. This includes a series of pics mailed to you, just want Lassman to know you can keep the fee and don't bother mailing it in. Going to retake my photos with Snap Studios. I don't like half ass effort. I am Willing to pay for quality and effort, money is not an issue. Keep in mind this review was off my experience with Lassman, everyone may have a different opinion, please respect mine :)
