Website is hard to navigate. You add background at the end. Weird adding things to cart, sometimes it doesn't. Can't checkout till you click digital copy or whatever. Class composite is $6.00 I missed it so I thought I was stuck ordering another package including an additional $5 for background fee again. I called the place and got a return call finding out the class composite is free with a package so good thing I didn't click it for a second one at an additional $6.00. Good Lord! 3 kids getting pictures done adds up to be a hearty bill. Almost $100 and that's taking the cheap route doing a (byop 3) with one large and 16 wallets for all of them. ???????? I wish there was more than just Cahill. Osceola has been going through them for as long as I can remember. I don't think there's another option for schools though. ????

The most unorganized place! They retook my daughters pictures without my permission and couldn't give me an explanation why. Every time I've had to call them they where nothing but rude.

Great photos, extremely helpful & responsive when my son "didn't receive his football photos" - but then magically found them in his locker... teenagers! Customer service was great & they were very understanding of my unorganized son. ????

My daughters pictures are BEAUTIFUL! They are the best we have had. This is our first year with Cahill and we loved it. Also, I didn't order my pictures in time and they were very responsive in helping me get set up. Thank you Cahill!

I wish my child school would switch to another photographer!!! I ordered pictures last year that I never got and they supposedly have no record of receiving the order form. This year I was given a picture where my child wasn’t even looking at the camera. Who would send that through to be printed?!? We did retakes at the end of October and the email showed 10-14 days for pictures and now I’m being told it will be a month or more. The packages are over price and horrible quality. Customer service isn’t helpful in the least! I absolutely hate this company!

Cahill came to my children’s school for yearly pictures. I received my son’s photo, but not my daughters. I emailed the company and they were very prompt at getting back to me and figuring out what had happened. Unfortunately, there was a technology snafu and it didn’t get processed. I get it, technology isn’t necessarily reliable at times. I appreciate their honesty and eagerness to help me through the issue. They sent me the proof of her photo for me to view in the meantime. My son’s photo turned out great!! They do a wonderful job!

I've worked with this company many years with my boys being in school, I also had my school pictures through this company as well. They do awesome work! I recently ran into an issue with my download link for my son's picture, and I emailed them and they helped me out with it! They responded within a day or 2, and sent me a new link that did work. I appreciate the professionalism they have, and the quality of the work!

Nothing but the best from Cahill Studios! A couple of things I'd like to comment on - First: my daughter had a removable tattoo on her arm the morning of school pictures and I didn't notice it until I zoomed in on MY OWN picture I took of her. When I received my digital image, Cahill went above and beyond and edited out the tattoo on my daughters arm without me even asking! And second: When I received my sons digital image, it came with the standard background (but I paid for an upgraded background option). I reached out to customer service via the link in the email and within 3 hours I had a new digital image and the new pictures would be sent out in the mail! So happy with my experiences with Joy and others at Cahill Studios! Highly recommend!

Last year my son got a school picture that looked like a mug shot, that I paid for This year will probably be the same, since I don't have a smart phone. You make it hard to navigate your website, and the photo packet you give the the school is a joke - no color, no real options. So glad this is the last year I do this. I can take his senior pictures better than that.

Extremely upset with how they make the students look how they want, and not just how the parent wants. Don't force children to smile showing teeth if they don't want to. It's our money, not theirs.
