Appt cancelled without even letting us know. We had to wait for them to open the store for like 15mins then left. Wouldn’t recommend them at all

Dear walmart portrait studio.. I have to say im very upset over your price on a passport photo! My daughter and I had ours done..because we need to renew for 10 years.. we were charged 24.99 each.. got a free passport book..( big deal) and a family photo in future if we choose to get it done. Now my mom also needed passport photo and went to london drugs.. she paid 11.99 How is that right to you? I go to walmart thinking i got the best deal.. however the " free stuff" you gave..is now not so free is it? #walmart #notsocheap #feelingscamed Very unhappy

Get kids school pictures every year!! Way cheaper than school pictures! Look for coupons.

The photo centre staff are friendly but that’s about the only good thing. We went in for family passport photos for 4 of us and it costed over 120 dollars and took over an hour for four pictures.very unorganized.

Book somewhere else - cancelled one hour before my appointment. Earlier that day the same associate called asking me to come an hour earlier. All afternoon was open, but I needed the 5pm appointment as my daughter doesn't get off the bus until past 4. The associate did not give me a reason earlier that day as to why she wanted it earlier and seemed annoyed I would not move it. I will not be re-booking.

Printing is quite fast here but the kiosks are very squished together.
