REVISED & UPDATED - WORST PARTNER FOR A BUSINESS TO HAVE. After wasting my time & money on trips to return product becsuse they gave me what they had NOT what I asked for. When I asked about buying a contest package for a trade show they looked at me like I was talking Swahili. Same thing for studio sample packages they want me to pay full retail while knowing I spent THOUSANDS buying equipment from them. As my DNP Printer dealer Technicare was fast & effective in supplying me with a whole suite of photo printing solutions(sic).

Ordered 3 enlargements 5 days before the wedding and called after ordering to ensure that I get them delivered to Calgary. I was told that the enlargements will arrive in Calgary on Thursday 2 days before the wedding, but they did not. So I called on Friday morning and I was told that the enlargements had been printed, but not shipped. I just couldn't believe it that the Technicare representative over the phone didn't really appreciate my pain as I was about to loose some serious business and cause lots of stress to the wedding couple. All she could say was sorry about the mixup and "did you still want us to ship the enlargements?" Thank God for a friend who knew a local printing press business who opened their shop on a day off just to help me and I was able to save my reputation and business!

Long time user of Technicare services but I will never use again and i will push my friends and work site not to use their service too because of their horrible customer service. This is what just happened: their customer service person just verbally accosted me to tell me my product was printed and they need their money. This is literally what they told me on the phone. This was my first phone call from them i was excited that my print job was done, they angily phoned me wanting money. Yes I get that's how services work and I would gladly pay but I pay when I pick up the product when I know it's done. Anyway i do not like being accosted over the phone for a service I am paying for. Arg that was such a frustrating conversation. I will simply find a more polite print service for future projects, you probably should to.

Worst customer service ever. I stopped using Technicare many years ago because of the managements attitude when there is an issue. I started trying them again for some small print jobs instead of sending my images to WHCC in the US. Of the 4 prints, one had a minor issue so required a reprint. That reprint was done to the wrong size, and the manager argued with me to the point of yelling that it was my fault even though her own employee showed it wasn't. When she sarcastically tried to explain "for next time" how to do it I told her there would not be a next time. She said fine, then stormed off leaving her poor employee to deal with the issue. The ladies who work the counter are top notch, and are part of the reason I went back, but the attitude of the management is still the same. They are the only pro lab in Edmonton so act like bullies when pushed about any issues.
