I have been using their services for many years now. Service provided by them is really good and on time. Once I had some small concerns about passport photograph service but that small concern was addressed appropriately. I will say that if you are looking for any in studio shoot or passport photograph services then this is the place to go and try and you will not be disappointed. Staff has complete knowledge about the various photograph sizes/dimensions required for Govt or any other official purposes.

Fast and Easy access. Not too expensive ($5.99 for 2 copies). Reliable at most times. I have used their services for last 4 years now only for taking photos. Immigration related, New or renewal of passport photos. They also have photo specifications for other International passports as well. Usually well staffed and very short wait time. Last few years they have added new staff and service has gone better as well. Last time the girl helped me with photocopy as well (50cents a copy). Standard waiting area. They do kids photo too, if child is less than 2 years old, they will charge twice the regular price ($11.99). Studio has many family photos hanging there so I guess if you're out for taking a professional looking family photo, you can try them. Overall, good place in North East Calgary with fast, easy and affordable photo Studio place.

They lie too it seems. ------------ REVIEW -------------- The lady who helped us was very nice, and we enjoyed our visit, however the passport photos that were given to me were rejected. I flew all the way to Vancouver for an appointment with the Australian Consulate to get my Australian passport renewed, and they were flat out rejected. I had to go and get new ones. I asked the guy what was wrong with them, and he said the paper and the print quality was bad. Comparing the new ones I took to the ones I got from here was like night and day, and understood what he was talking about. The photos were grainy, and not clear. Fortunately they allowed me to go quickly get new ones, otherwise I would have wasted money on my flight to Vancouver. --------------------------------- EDIT OCT 4th Responding to the owner... No I am NOT confusing you with another business. I find it slightly condescending that because someone gives you an honest run down of their experience using photos YOU GUYS TOOK AND PRINTED you guys try and relinquish responsibility by claiming it wasn't you. This is my WIFE's Google account so you will obviously not find her. I'm 1000% sure it was you guys. I checked your photos of your lobby, I was in there with my wife and daughter. It also has your details on the back of the passport photos! Instead of apologizing, and thanking us for your business I get a defensive response trying to imply we've never been in there and that because no one has EVER complained and you can't find my wife's google account name in your system it must mean it's NOT YOU? Give me a break. This was my honest experience, was told by Australian Consulate that the photos were grainy (and comparatively to the new ones that were taken THEY WERE). Sorry you've apparently never had a complaint, but it is what it is. If you can't handle it, don't be in business.

After posting the review they make things right but they were torching & teasing my husband every tym he visit to the shop . We took the passport form service from them .. lady missed lots of coloums from each form .so it’s better to fill your forms at home. At last I want to say it’s customer choice & experience how many stars they give you . Really Bad service. Just got a picture taken for visa application. Got home to find out I needed email picture for visa application. Called them to ask if they can email the picture. The lady on phone flat out refused to email picture unless I come n pay at the shop. I offered e-transfer and credit card option. But nope. Explained to her that I will have to drive from Airdrie for just 5.99 picture. But she refuse to listen. Alright then. No business from our family to these unappreciative people.

I went in there around 11.45 am on 2018/04/25, there were 2 girls working in the front desk, assumed there were taking photos too. First of all, there was no greeting at all. They took photo that they were thinking that they work for free. When I paid, I asked her that why I am paying certain amount high if I pay through visa care. She replied me very arrogantly that very arrogantly "that's a fee". I have no problem with the fee but I do not like the way she replied. She did not even give me the receipt. when I asked her that she was joking with other ladies there, did not even respond me in a proper way. she should learn some manners. I am a regular customer there, every time think there might be a change in their behavior but not. I happened to talk with a guy (think he is the owner, not sure) who is really very nice guy and respond to your question in a proper way. very bad experience today and this really ruined my whole day. no more visit there.

WORST experience....went here for OCI pictures...staff doesn't know that OCI requires a signature photo...she only gave me photo in my email....then she said its my fault.....i already paid $13 for photos and email....then she charged me $6 extra just for that signature which she was supposed to give me in my email without me asking because they should know what the government requirements are....other wise what are they doing sitting there if they dont know their job....whereas a photo place just next to it did eveything for just $10.....

I went to this place on my son's birthday to get a family picture taken and also one special shot of the birthday boy. The girl Myra took our pictures, I found her very patient, polite and respectful. She had to take several shots of my son to get the one I wanted. Unfortunately, there was some misunderstandings regarding the background of the picture but they handled it very efficiently. They called us back for another shot free of cost to fix it. I must say they really care about customer satisfaction. I am truly thankful to the studio team and will recommend this place.

I was charged 17.97 plus gst for my toddler who is 28 months. I told the age at the time of coming in for my appointment on 1st Dec ‘21 at 6 pm. The website says charges are 6.97 for ages 2 and above. I checked their website again after coming back home so I was confused as to why I was overcharged. They were very busy due to walk -ins the evening but it’s good to take appointment. Update: after posting my review, their team contacted me and apologised for the confusion. Not only this, I was refunded the extra amount next day via email. This really impressed me. I appreciate their quick response and conflict resolution. With this, photo studio becomes the cheapest place to offer quality passport and visa photos in Calgary!

I was really disappointed with their service, they scan some documents for me with really poor quality and I need to rescan them. After scanning the cashier told they will charge me 0.99 per page but then she charged me 0.37 per page. I rescanned the same documents with staples only for 0.15 per page. I am not recommending this place to anyone. Over priced and poor quality .

These guys are the right people doing the right job. I needed to take a photo for uploading to my express entry profile. They exactly knew the right format and they gave me the digital copy in less than 10 mins. I wish all the businesses in Calgary were so efficient, but unfortunately it is hard to find the one that knows her job. People just demonize services in North East, like if you want it cheap and low quality go to NE. But today I found it is not true. Since last week I paid 40 boxes to someone in downtown to take the same photo, but he was such an idiot that he couldn't even print on the right dimensions. Even though they had a nice office and a pretty receptionist in a corner of best part of the city.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. The room was full with about twenty people not social distancing, the attendant declined to take my name or talk about my appointment, she told me that since they are only allowed to have 4 people at a time I should wait in my car until the crowd thins out. I waited a few minutes, people continued to enter, not many exited, I went to another shop and had my photos made with no waiting. Thanks for asking.
