Got my school ID taken with them, horrible picture with grainy quality. The woman printing out the pictures was rude, unprofessional and had to be reminded repeatedly to keep her mask on in a group of kids. Extremely disappointed with the service.

This is the second time that the photographer made a mockery of my son for his school photos. The first year they made him look so bad that I attempted to make a formal complaint. Of course, they simply told me to come in for a second retake. My son is extremely photogenic and has even modelled for a while. We have never had a problem with any other photographers in the past. We don't understand how this company can justify selling such inferior quality work when there are amazing photographers out there who also do school pictures. I very much hope that the school district stops using this company to take pictures of our children. I believe that these memories are too precious to leave in the hands of people who do not care.

I wanted to order a picture of my son's K graduation, was shocked to find out the cost of shipping. I'm already paying $11.00 for one picture. it will almost cost me $20.00 for a picture now that I have to pay shipping. I'm not sure why they cant just send it with the rest of the school pictures. They could easily make something for parents that didn't do the early bird orders say if they were away on vacation or sick. Maybe, charge an extra $1.00 or $2 to send a package with all the kids photos in in from that school. Prices not good. Pictures are typical bad school photos. I would not recommend them.

I worked for them for nearly one season. They worked hard to find ways to avoid paying me money. They are rife with unscrupulous policies, ensuring that none of the employees below the management level earn a living wage. I was expected to use my personal vehicle to drive all across the province. Their mileage policy is $0.35/km. That will never cover maintenance costs while driving that far. They failed to pay out most of my overtime that I worked. I photographed most of the grad photo season and because I left before the end of the season, they denied me payment of my commissions, as it's in their policies. Questionable at best. I cannot in good conscience suggest working for, or supporting Lifetouch.

Terrible follow through on producing pictures, as my daughter's grad pictures are lost and after talking to 3 people regarding this matter there is still no solution.

Online ordering was fine, but over the phone customer service is absolutely terrible. Out right refused to help me with shipping pictures to my address instead of my kids school in another province. Would not even take my order information, just refused to help. Their solution to the problem was that I order more pictures....

School photos were not great this year, but we elected not to go with retakes as we weren't optimistic that they would be any better than the first attempt. We ordered our daughter's photos in late October, still have yet to receive them.....and no way on company's webpage to track our purchase or chat with someone to find out when we can expect our purchase. Brutal!

They sent me pictures of another child. Their 1-866 doesn't work they just disconnect you. Waiting for them to call me back and tell me where my child's photos are. Packages are way over priced as it is and you charge 40$ plus shipping to send me someone else's child's photos after I already waited 2 weeks for my order. Will never order from you again. Now some stranger has photos of my child. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional conduct!

My entire family got pics clicked at Richard Secord School and their photographer has no clue how to take pics. Couldn't get basic things corrected, how to make posture correct, how to get hairs back, improper shade, puffy chest etc.... Worst experience so far. Most horrible experience with this company. Despute of taking second click they couldn't get it right. I wish I could rate them 0. Coat is exorbitant high.

Online experience is already bad but the customer service is worse. Rude plus they dont have any idea how to address your issue. I hope google can put negative points to review since this company deserves it

I received someone else's pictures and they were rude when I called about the mistake . When I asked where my son's pictures were mailed to the guy couldn't even answer me wow. They did nothing about there mistake no rush on the pictures absolutely nothing no wonder why they have so many terrible reviews very very unprofessional

ZERO stars. Back in 2001, Lifetouch Canada managed to "accidentally" omit my high school graduation photo from the Grade 12 Graduating Class Composite (i.e the giant poster that shows all the graduates of the year). It made me devastated and cry for the longest time because each student in the graduating class would have a Composite that had me and a couple of others missing in it. Talk about hurting the self-esteem. How can you make such a mistake. I didn't even receive an apology or consolation from the company - even when we went in person to the office to make a complaint. They half-halfheartedly agreed to re-do the composite that would be hung in the school, but would not re-send the revised class composites to all the students.

Just recieved new pictures of my son. First rant is, I never authorized these prints. Second is if I dont pay for this package I have to return it... are we not suppose to be trying to "save" the earth? Seems extremely wasteful to just throw these prints in the garbage if they aren't paid for. And also how am I to trust that they will be disposed of! Who knows where they will end up. Super disappointed... huge waste of resources. Do better Lifetouch!
